About this property

Quiet family home at the end of a dead end

Family house located in a small village near the sea (5 minutes by car). The town has many shops within walking distance (5 minutes): mini markets, bakery, butcher, hairdressers, aesthetics, banks, pharmacy, library, bars, restaurants etc ... This house is ours for the rest of the year so of course she lives. Ideal and warm especially with your children. The place is calm and secure. We will leave baby equipment games and toys if you wish (cot, changing table, carrycot ...). In addition, the house has on the ground floor a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and wc sink on the ground floor as well. A beautiful living room with living room dining kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), a stove. Upstairs 3 bedrooms with double beds and an additional corner with a child's bed. There are also toilets upstairs. A bathroom with bathtub plus a shower cubicle. The house is very bright and has a nice terrace. We are also close to a small river accessible on foot. The cities of Brest and Morlaix are 35 minutes away. 25 minutes for Roscoff, Ile de Batz, Landerneau 20 minutes. In the surrounding area beautiful sandy beaches and turquoise waters (but beware it is fresh! ) keremma, kerlouan, Brignogan, Cleder, Plouescat, our beautiful coast of legends awaits you. In addition, this year Brest will host international maritime festivals from July 10 to 16, it's worth the detour!

Tolles Objekt

Wir haben 2 super Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet, ist voll ausgestattet, da die Familie sonst selbst hier lebt und hat einen wunderschönen großen Garten mit Palmen und zwei Sitzgruppen. Die angrenzende Firma hat überhaupt nicht gestört, wie in einem vorherigem Kommentar bemängelt. Im Gegenteil, wir haben die Nachbarschaft als sehr ruhig erlebt. Familie Morvan (Vermieter) hatte uns bei Ankunft einen netten Brief, Wein und Bier zur Begrüßung und frisch geerntetes Gemüse aus dem eigenen Gewächshaus hinterlassen. Wirklich sehr nett! Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut per Handy-Nachrichten, Florence konnte uns schnell helfen als wir Probleme mit dem WLAN Passwort hatten. Wunderschöne Umgebung, tolle Landschaft, 5min bis zum schönen breiten Sandstrand. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 10 jours, proche de Keremma et de ses très belles plages. Le coin est calme malgré la proximité de l’entreprise derrière le jardin. Les commerces étaient par contre très peu nombreux, la boulangerie était fermée ( congés d’août) mais Plouescat n’est pas loin en voiture pour faire qq courses. Place pour ranger materiel( vélos, planches, etc..), lave-linge et lave-vaisselle, jeux de société pour enfants sont à disposition. Nos deux enfants avaient chacun leur chambre avec un lit double à l’étage. Notre chambre au rdc était plus petite et la literie était moins adaptée pour deux adultes. Nombreuses adresses données par les propriétaires qui restent facilement joignables en cas de besoin et nous confient leur maison. Merci à eux!

Jolie maison confortable

Séjour très agréable dans une maison récente, spacieuse, très propre, bien équipée et confortable. Les propriétaires ont eu un excellent contact et se sont montrés très réactifs pour corriger un problème (congélateur tombé en panne, remplacé aussitôt par un neuf), ou bien pour fournir un grille-pain. Un autre commentaire mentionne des problèmes de bruit à cause d’un atelier voisin. Effectivement, au-delà du terrain, il y a des ateliers municipaux qui, occasionnellement, font un peu de bruit. Mais ce n’est absolument pas gênant, car les bruits ne durent pas longtemps.

Notre séjour à Plounévez-Lochrist / Unser Aufenthalt in Plounévez-Lochrist

La maison est calme et paisible à proximité d'autres maisons unifamiliales. La petite zone commerciale adjacente ne dérangeait pas du tout. Il ne provoque pas de bruit, de poussière, de gaz d'échappement, de mauvaises odeurs ou d'autres nuisances. Nous ne pouvons pas être d'accord avec l'orateur précédent à cet égard et parler de tromperie malveillante et de prix déloyaux est à proprement parler une diffamation de sa part! Sur notre demande, les hôtes ont même ajusté leur politique d'annulation à notre avantage et nous avons payé un prix raisonnable pour notre séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise car la maison a une atmosphère agréable du fait qu'elle est habitée par une "vraie" famille et qu'elle n'est pas vacante la plupart de l'année! Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement avec des gâteaux et du cidre et des suggestions d'excursions. Nos hôtes et autres personnes de contact étaient toujours à nos côtés avec des conseils et des actions! Le frigo était vide et propre et tout ce que nous étions censés apporter nous avait été communiqué. Tout le reste était disponible et était bien! Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise, nous reviendrons certainement un jour et remercierons beaucoup la famille Morvan! Das Haus liegt ruhig und beschaulich in der Nachbarschaft anderer Einfamilienhäuser. Das angrenzende kleine Gewerbegebiet hat überhaupt nicht gestört. Weder verursacht es Lärm, Staub, Abgase schlechte Gerüche oder sonstige Belästigungen. Der Meinung unseres Vorredners diesbezüglich können wir uns in keiner Weise anschließen und von arglistiger Täuschung und unfairen Preisen zu sprechen ist genau genommen üble Nachrede seinerseits!  Auf unseren Wunsch haben die Gastgeber sogar ihre Stornierungsbedingungen zu unserem Vorteil angepasst und wir haben einen fairen Preis für unseren Aufenthalt bezahlt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, weil das Haus, bedingt durch den Umstand, dass es von einer "echten" Familie bewohnt wird und eben nicht den Großteil des Jahres leer steht, über eine charmante Atmosphäre verfügt! Wir sind nett empfangen worden, mit Kuchen und Cidre sowie Vorschlägen für Ausflüge. Unsere Gastgeber sowie weitere Kontaktpersonen standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Der Kühlschrank war leer und sauber und alles, was mitgebracht werden sollte, war uns mitgeteilt worden. Alles übrige stand zur Verfügung und war in Ordnung! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, kommen bestimmt eines Tages wieder und bedanken uns bei Familie Morvan ganz herzlich!

Haus lag direkt an einer.Maschinenhalle.

Obwohl die Vermieter per Mail sehr freundlich wären und auf Anfrage Auskunft über schoene Reiseziele in der Umgebung gegeben haben gab es am Objekt selbst doch drei Punkte zu bemängeln: Zum Einen befand sich im Kühlschrank vergammeltes Fleisch das so stark roch, dass der Kühlschrank erst nach sehr aufwendiger Reinigung zu benutzen war. Zum anderen war nicht genug Bettzeug für alle da, was uns erst am Ankunftstag und nur auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt wurde. Und zum Dritten hiess es zwar, dass das Haus am Ende einer Sackgasse liegt, ... dass direkt hinter dem Haus aber auch eine Maschinenhalle lag, in der jeden Tag Traktoren und Gabelstapler auf und ab fuhren, war nicht geschrieben worden. Insgesamt deshalb eine viel zu teurer Mietpreis. Und dass die Lage an der Fabrik nicht ehrlich beschrieben wurde grenzt m.E. fast an arglistiger Täuschung.
