About this property

Between the Basin and the Ocean, in a quiet area, this welcoming wooden house located on the edge of a cycle path is only a few steps from the tennis club, the market (every day), and all the shops.
Forget your car in the private driveway, here everything is done by bike.

The house, all in the DRC, has three living spaces:
Inside, a large air-conditioned "day" area (kitchen, living room, living room) overlooks the terrace, while the "night" area consisting of 4 bedrooms (3 beds in 160 and 1 in 140) is more peaceful .
Outside, the large terrace is half sheltered: Lounge and Table 8-10 people adjoining the Bar and the swimming pool, with Jacuzzi set back). The outdoor part of the terrace offers sun loungers and overlooks the flat and beautifully wooded garden.

Court séjour très agréable

Villa propre et fonctionnelle proche de toutes commodités. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le Cap Ferret. Propriétaires avenants.

Merveilleux, calme et quiétude. La piscine est au top et particulièrement appréciée

Location très bien équipée et fonctionnelle tout le monde s’y est rapidement senti chez « soi » Merci à nos hôtes Anne et Gilbert pour leur accueil

très bon séjour

maison ou l'on se sent bien peut-être grâce à la construction en bois. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais très agréable et le jacuzzi parfait. je me suis bien reposée et mes enfants et amis ont beaucoup aimé cet endroit

Très bel endroit, quartier calme, superbe maison bien équipée et propriétaires très sympathiques !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison très bien située et très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très réactifs. Les commerces sont à proximité sans en avoir les nuisances. Quartier résidentiel adorable,les voisins sont très gentils ! Surtout Pascal le pisciniste et Marie-jo. La maison est bien équipée : on se sent chez soi A proximité du bassin d'arcachon et des pistes cyclables, c'est l'idéal ! Bref : nous avons passé 3 semaines de vacances magnifiques et espérons revenir ! Aucune hésitation à avoir pour louer cette maison qui est un excellent rapport qualité prix sur le Cap Ferret avec en prime la gentillesse des propriétaires !
