Long Family Weekend

We stayed with our children and grandchildren. The shade structure at the waters edge was perfect. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and beach toys. Our son & daugther in law were allowed to tie their boat up to the side of the dock that is actually for the owner's adjacent property. Beds were comfortable and lots of towels and beach towels provided. Put a towel down in the primary tub shower so you don't slip. Two refrigerator held all our food and drinks. We bbq'd one night on the large covered deck. The hosts were always available for questions. All and all a great weekend.

Last minute getaway!

Last minute getaway from SA. Clean and convenient. Loved the beach front water access. Deep enough at the dock for a boat. Nicely updated home with comfortable beds. Will be back again!

Spring Break at Lake LBJ

Overall, the unit is spacious, clean and provides a comfortable space. The property is nicely maintained and the hosts were communicative. The water access is lovely, but unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy. The surrounding town was a bit disappointing as many restaurants were closed and not available. We would return to this rental, but not at this time of year.

We have owned this home for 24 years. It was at first our family lake house. We loved it so much, we made it our primary home in 2012. We lived here full time from 2012 until 2020. We enjoy everything that Lake LBJ represents.
Family, friends, sunshine, breathtaking views, and just a great escape from our busy lives.

Why they chose this property

Adults love this as much as the kids! Kids get to play in the water and sand, and adults can relax knowing they are in a protected area of the Llano River. It is still deep enough to bring your boat/PWC.

What makes this property unique

Gradual slope into the water, beach, back porch. Feels like you are at the coast, without the trip. Great grassy yard with shade in the late afternoon. big permanent sunshades on the beach as well as the back porch. Hop in your boat and head out for lunch/dinner at one of the local restaurants on the water.
