Remodeled in 2019, with the aesthetic of beach bungalow meets farm chic, the duplex is split into to two separate units, mirror images of one another, sharing one common wall. Each unit has air-conditioning, W/D, fully stocked kitchen and dedicated parking for 2 cars. You are renting both the front & back units, so you have access to the entire property. Privacy between the two spaces, but mere steps from one anothers front door. Great for groups traveling together!

The home can be rented as a whole (this listing) for groups up to 12 + 2 infants, or, if you prefer, individually, for groups of 6 or less.

We have a highchairs, pack n' play and toddler friendly plastic dining-ware, in each unit. We also provide beach cruisers and beach essentials (chairs/towels/toys etc) so you have everything you need to enjoy PB's fun, laid-back vibe.

We encourage each guest to explore the stunning wetland preserve along Mission Bay, or any the unparalleled miles of coastal boardwalk along our scenic beaches. Plan a picnic at Kate Sessions or a sunset bonfire…any and all of these are truly a ritual and way of life around here, made for cherished memories.

The neighborhood:
This is a peaceful area of PB and you wake up to chirping birds and breezes through the palm trees. You have peek views of Bay Park from the large deck in the front unit.
