This 3-bedroom sunlit cottage will make you smile. The home sleeps 5 and has everything you need for a carefree getaway. Located on a quiet dead-end street, it's a short walk (.3 mile) to acces the private beach at the Heritage Sands or Haigis beach on Nantucket Sound. Inside there is a separate spacious dining room. The bathroom has a washer/dryer with a custom stand- up glass enclosed shower (20'' opening). Hardwood floors throughout and a mini split air conditioner in the living room. The lighted backyard patio has seating for eating and gathering around the solo stove and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Special Note: No bathtub, stand up shower only.

Amazing beach cotage

What a fantastic place to stay. The house was so clean, cute as can be, the back patio was fantastic. The house had everything you need. I’m not a huge fan of knotty pine but didn’t deter me and so glad for that. The walk to the beach was perfect-about 5 minutes. We will rent this cottage again next year!
