- The Underwood sleeps guests across four floors including king beds, queen beds, a twin bed, and sleeper sofas with each bedroom featuring ensuite bathrooms except for the fourth-floor bedroom sharing spaces.
- The Ludlow offers multiple king and queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and sleeper sofas in the living area.
- Primary suites are available on the first floors of both homes for tranquil and luxurious nights.
- The Ludlow’s primary suite includes a Peloton bike allowing for fitness routines during the stay.

Here are a few simple reminders for your stay:
- Dogs are welcome in The Underwood for an additional $300/dog fee, charged after your confirmed booking, and a signed pet agreement.
-We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and property with the same care as you would your own home.
- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.
- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.
- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.

Interaction with Guests:
We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything like onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!
