Sunny modern 4-bedroom East Hampton Village Fringe
This rental is offered for a minimum of one week. It is new construction. The home features a light-filled open plan living /dining/ kitchen area and four bedrooms. There is a guest bedroom with ensuite bath on the first floor and a half bath. Large master and another bedroom on second floor both with ensuite bathrooms. There is a finished basement with another living area, bedroom and full bath.
There is a private backyard lined with cypresses and a small (10 x 17 feet) shallow heated pool. Please note: The pool is very small as is the backyard. The pool is designed for sitting and sipping margaritas or floating.
There is an outdoor table that seats 8, 4 lawn chairs and a grill.
East Hampton village is a 10-minute walk.
