25th Anniversary

The property overall was very nice- the restaurant was good- I asked for shrimp and was given fish- they left the avocado off my husband’s plate . The Cantina was also ok- the shrimp basket I had the fries and the quesadilla were greasy. My husband ordered the shrimp basket with a salad but given fries…. Otherwise the room / location- staff very friendly..

Beautiful Property

Decor was well done, beautiful beaches, listing noted it had everything you could need in a gourmet kitchen but it had no pot holders/kitchen towels, mixing bowls, or decent frying pan. Also no hot water in the bath tub. Other than those items it was great.

Not a great place

Many broken things. Lights, tv remotes all the water valves were shut and hot water heater wasn’t turned on. Very strong sewer smell if you used any water or toilet. I’ve stayed in many other places in Rocky Point. Won’t be staying at this one again

Our new favorite resort on Sandy Beach

The resort is beautiful and well-maintained with great amenities. Check-in and out was easy and straightforward. Pools and hot tubs were a huge hit with the kids and the folks running the beachfront bar were awesome! Unit #908 has a guest room door that rubs on the floor every time you open it, so if you have kids or guests that go in or out in the middle of the night it can wake folks up, but that was literally our only problem. The view from the balcony all day more than makes up for it!
