This property was in a wonderful location for access to Door County. The property has a bathroom for each bedroom and this was wonderful. We spend a lot of time out and about, but it was nice to return to such a nice house.
The property was clean, updated, and well kept. It wasn't difficult to check in but there could have been a little more explanation on where to go to do so; I received 2 different sets of instructions and I had to call the day before to get them because it wasn't in the property listing or on the confirmation email I received. Other than that, the apartment is beautiful! Plenty of windows and natural light, plus a quick walk to the water. It's also right off of the main highway to get up to some of the other popular harbor towns, and about 5 minutes or less to downtown Sturgeon Bay.

Would not book again
We were told when booking there would be a flight of stairs to climb but there would be someone to help us with our luggage. We arrived later than expected and they had no one available.(9:00pm) We are over 70 years old which I told them when we booked but was told the stairs should not be a problem. The second day, my friend tore the maniscas in her knee. The office is a couple miles from this house which was also inconvenient. This is basically an older apt. Pictures are deceiving.
They said check-in was at 2pm, but when I arrived, they said check-in was at 4pm, and they said they would contact me when they were ready, but it was difficult because there was no contact.
The entrance was not clean and there was a problem with the drain of the bath tub.
The quiet neighborhood was very nice.
I will never go again
Except the non-functional Jacuzzi, which we did not care about much, the apartment offered a great experience to family. It was clean and had most of the amenities needed for a home away from home.
The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Perfect for 4-6 people. There are even hairdryers, soap, and shampoo in both bathrooms...three bathrooms is a plus! Small suggestion....Please update pots and pans in the kitchen, have a roll of paper towels, and add both salt and pepper.
The property was great! It was so nice to have 3 bathrooms. Very clean! Would stay here again! We would bring a fan or two for drying our swim suits and beach towels. The wifi worked, but not strong enough for me to be on my computer, while others watched netflix. Minor things. Very well kept and had everything we needed!
We rented this property for the Door County Triathlon. It was very clean and large, just like the description. We would have liked a few more kitchen amenities such as napkins s as no paper towels and some utensils like a peeler and grater.
This is minutes away from many fun experiences to enjoy in the Southern Door County area. This was my husband's & my 3rd trip to Door Co., but the 1st trip for our 4 friends (2 other couples). One friend said the apartment "is super cute" & I chose this because there are 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The tallest friend did struggle with trying not to hit his head constantly in the smallest bathroom but liked having a separate bathroom. Loved the binder with suggestions on places to go, only wished it included what needed to be done upon checkout. Propriety manager replied within 2 days. Apartment overall was clean, only noted dust on light fixtures & was a thoughtful touch to have 2 trays of frozen ice cubes ready for us upon arrival. Also, mailbox needs a "6" added to it so address is easier to find. We would stay here again & recommend tio friends who do not have difficulty going up & down stairs.
My friend and I brought our two daughters (ages 10 and 12) to Door County for a little weekend get away. This place was great! We actually let the girls have the upper level master suite - they loved the jacuzzi tub, reading nook and additional space. The main level had plenty of space and was perfect for our stay. Due to COVID and being off season, a lot of places were closed, but we still enjoyed shopping, exploring the area, and eating out. We loved Sonny's and Kitty O'Reilly's! We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again.
If you do not mind being upstairs and not right on the water, the interior of this upper level apartment is very nice and in a good location. The house’s interior is charming and nicely updated, including the third floor master (which we thought was a gem) and the kitchen. Nicely stocked with the essentials, plenty of towels, etc. It was also really nice to have the gas fireplace for our fall trip. Easy to bike ride to the town or water. We enjoyed our stay immensely. (the two armchairs in the family room probably should be updated soon).
This was a nice place to stay and worked great for 4 adults - we did not need the additional bedroom with twin beds but would be great for kids. Must have your own streaming service for TV (don't forget your passwords). I believe cable should be provided considering cost of lodging. Could hear occasional traffic outside but not bad - we were there in October. It was nice that they provided all essentials/supplies.
Stayed here with my husband and 3 teen children. Great house, not on the water, but a great location close to everything including stores, hiking trails, fishing, and beach access. I would recommend this property for families.

We own and operate a small hotel in Sturgeon Bay, WI. I was a school teacher and my husband a welding inspector but decided to try our hand at running a hotel. We started 30 years ago and have never looked back. We love it. It does get a bit cold in the winter.... haha
