Please enjoy, relax and feel at home in this NEWLY painted (2022) 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse in the heart of the Village at Bear Trap Dunes. Enjoy a screened in porch and an open air deck and it is just a short drive or shuttle ride to the beach! On the first floor you will find a large master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV and full private bathroom. The floor plan is open and airy, featuring a living room with plenty of comfortable seating, NEW smart flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The dining area has a large table which seats eight. Lots of windows and two sets of glass doors. One of which opens to a furnished screened porch, the other with an open deck making it a great place to relax and BBQ while enjoying the tranquil view of greenery. The second floor offers two bedrooms, one with a 2 full size beds, and the other with one twin bunk beds and one twin bed. The rooms share a Jack and Jill bath, the layout creates privacy and convenience for sharing the space.

--->Bed linens and bath and hand towels are not included with this rental. Please bring your own OR rent linens from Gale Force Rentals. You can order online or give them a call. It is super easy to order, inexpensive, and they deliver and pick up!

Family visit

We were there to celebrate our father/father in law/grandpa/great grandpa's life. It was a sad week, but the property helped make it less stressful. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. We did not get to explore the area but it was a perfect location for our itinerary.

Quick Trip

Traveling with family, would have needed two hotel rooms for 1 or 2 nights. Staying in the townhouse was actually less money and we had more room.

BEAR TRAP

Mike, We had a great time. we saw lots of friends, used the pool every day and went to the beach. I was going to call you to let you know some things that need to be fixed. We could not use the dishwsher because the LC light was on all the time because there was a leak in the dishwasher. The carpet in the master bedroom was gross and I would always need shoes even to get up to use the bathroom during the night. The glass shower doors are just hanging from the top but not attached so that is not safe. The grill was not fit to use. I think the house really need lots of TLC. If it gets that, I will rent it again.

Nice stay but we had issues no hot water too much A/C

We arrived on Sunday June 18 at 4:00pm to find the home as described but with some issues The home is in need of a deep clean The sinks were stained the master bathroom shower is stained the glass sliding doors in the master bath are very dirty and won’t stay on the track so you have to be careful taking a shower The carpets are stained the rugs are dirty a good carpet cleaning might help and the rugs just need to be thrown away each season and start fresh The beds have plastic mattress protectors on them that are yellowed and torn so they don’t stay in place Again throw them away and start fresh each season with a washable water proof covering made from cotton would fit better and could be washed in between guests There are missing towel racks in the home and missing drywall so it could be mistaken that the guests did the damage but it was already done The master bedroom floor right near the door is collapsing or breaking so you have to be careful of that part of the floor So it was late so we went to bed and got up in the morning to a home that was freezing and to a home with no hot water So we contacted the owner and he called a company to come look at the water heater to see why it wasn’t making hot water The complex was switching from propane gas to natural gas and I’m thinking since the switch no one was in the house There is more to the story but they won’t let me tell the whole story So we had to spend a second day letting in the A/C serviceman
