I felt this unit was BETTER than the pictures presented it! Lots of space for multiple couples. Ten minutes from Bethany Beach town area and beaches. Wished I had noticed sheets and towels were not included, and extra charge to use the pools. We had a very nice stay.

Hi Laura! Thank you for your review. I agree that the photos don’t quite do the property justice—at over 1,700 square feet, it’s difficult to capture the natural light and how spacious the home feels in photos! I’m sorry there was some confusion regarding the linens and towels. This information is included in the property description and welcome letter, I also included a reminder in my initial message after your booking. Linens and towels are an optional rental service because we try to keep the overall cost of the stay as affordable as possible for our guests. Many of our bookings are for just two guests, so having the cost of linens included for all five beds would add an expense that isn’t necessary for everyone. In ten years and over 100 stays, only a handful of guests have used a rental service and enjoy a lower rate. For that reason, I leave it for individual guests to decide what is best for them. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed your stay!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at this beautiful home. The hostess thought of everything. The home was spacious for our family, with inside and outside accommodations. Short Getaway in September

The condo was spacious and cozy with a nice view of the golf course. Bear Trap Dunes is a great community to stay in if you are going to visit Bethany Beach. I would highly recommend Katie's condo.

Wonderful Home and Location

Very spacious home and extremely clean. The screened in porch and outdoor deck overlooking the golf course provided many hours of relaxation. Amble parking and shuttle to beach available. Beartrap has great facilities. Katie was great to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Great for traveling with a toddler!

We stayed at this gorgeous condo for a girls trip to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom and had the best time! Not only is the decor amazing and everything kept in wonderful condition, there was a baby gate, high chair, and pack n play available for us to use, making our trip so much more convenient! The owner was very communicative, keeping us informed on check in and out procedures before and during our stay. The community is beautiful with great amenities during the off season as well. Great location, great stay!

A very nice place in a great location

We had a great stay here. This was our first time at Bethany Beach and first time using VRBO. The place was immaculate and very inviting and homey. The owner made the check in and check out process very easy. She was always prompt in responding to questions and provided plenty of good information on what to see and do in the area. In spite of the restrictions we had in general with the COViD precautions on the area we still had an excellent vacation. The location was ideal as far as being centrally located to what we wanted. We normally have vacationed at the beach in the Outer Banks for years but this visit has shifted our paradigm. We plan on booking here again next year. Highly recommended!

Perfect weekend

Planned a last minute long weekend with family visiting from Germany. From the minute we arrived at the condo we were impressed. The home was immaculate, spacious and overall a beautiful property. The screened porch/ balcony was a relaxing area to hang out. The bedroom/bath set up was perfect for us, two couples, but also plenty of room for a larger group with the loft area upstairs. Lots of amenities in the home with tvs, books and games. Katie was extremely helpful from the moment we inquired about the property and throughout our stay. We kept commenting how we wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely a home on our list to stay again.

Very nice stay about 10 minutes from the beach

We've stayed in Bear Trap many times and this was one of our best experiences. First, it's a quiet location that is close to any stores you need. Manager was very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is well-kept and the condo is well appointed and clean. It was just my wife and I but the condo could easily sleep another couple and a few kids. The California King in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Note that you need to bring your own sheets and towels. We visited the week after Labor Day and the drive to Bethany Beach from the condo took about 10 minutes and we easily found parking in the lots near the beach. Having the Park Mobile app is helpful as most meters in Bethany accept it. Would definitely stay here again. Best restaurants we visited included Hooked Up Ale House (5 mins away next to Giant), Woody's Dewey Beach (amazing crabcakes), Bethany Boathouse near Sea Colony (nice bar and outdoor seating, awesome crab pretzels).
