Peaceful getaway

Saleh and Kathy are wonderful hosts. The property is beautifully maintained, the space is immaculately clean, and thoughtfully put together to make for a perfect retreat and restful weekend.

Super cute

I came to Spokane to help with a grad party. The kitchen was perfect for all my baking. Everything inside was clean and super cute. My favorite was sitting outside, enjoying a book. 10/10….I will definitely be back!

LOVELY, IMMACULATE APARTMENT!

Our stay was a delight! The apartment is easily accessible on the ground floor. It is immaculately kept and has the most up to date and modern features. The hosts are very kind and easily available if needed.

Short Stay

We were in the area to visit my Dad and booked this place for a short stay. This place worked out perfect. It is beautiful and looks exactly as the pictures show. The owners thought of everything to make your stay a comfortable and relaxing one and were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be booking this place again on our future visits to the area!

Amazing stay

The place is exactly as described and very well set up. We loved it? The owners are wonderful people. They stay away but are quickly there when and if you need them. A wonderful place to stay out in the countryside yet only a few minutes from the city. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Spokane area.

Great Unit/Suite!

This property is EXACTLY as described/pictured. Very cozy, clean and modern. Stocked kitchen if you want to cook meals. The hosts, Saleh and Kathy thoughtfully set out snacks, oatmeal packets and had bottles of water in the fridge which were much appreciated! We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this for those visiting the area.

Clean, bright, modern and comfortable

We were impressed how clean it was and how new and well equipped also. It was tranquil neighborhood with lots of open spaces (farm like). We didn't mind some normal living sound in the above unit at all. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Spokane.

Great/Quiet and new Guest Suite

My husband and I came to Spokane for a granddaughters birthday. This guest suite is beautiful and newly remodeled. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. The inside is super clean and very comfortable. The hosts are on the property and very accommodating. We will definitely keep this one on our favorite list and stay again.

Beautiful!

What a lovely home! Saleh and Kathy were wonderful hosts - friendly and available when needed, but also happy to leave us to relax. The suite was just as beautiful and spotlessly clean as pictured. It was also in a quiet neighborhood of Spokane, but was just a quick drive into the city. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

Great stay

Stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for my son and I. Very nice, clean and quiet. Host was very friendly and even left us a few treats and bottled waters. I was able to relax or work remotely when we were not out watching state basketball games. It snowed our last night and the host was SO thoughtful to shovel a path to and around my car (I’ve never had a host do that before - very impressed). Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Spokane.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this the comfort of this rental. Five stars across the board. The only draw back to this place is there's nowhere to wash your clothing, there's no access to washer dryer. I would definitely come back to this rental on my next visit to spokane.

This was exactly what we needed!! Quiet, clean, and exactly what the pictures show plus more! The little snacks, water and oatmeal came in handy after a long weekend at the arena for a hockey tournament. My boys loved the little park. Even with the owners grandchildren there it was super quiet and enjoyable. The best host ever!

Couldn't be happier with our experience. Stayed here a year after moving away from Spokane. We already know and are familiar with this area and it is one of the best areas of Spokane which is why we chose it. The property did not disappoint. Super clean and cute. Nice little apartment in 5 Mile

We booked this apartment for a sporting event in Spokane because we didn’t want to stay in all the craziness downtown. The apartment is located about 17-20 minutes from the Convention center in a nice rural neighborhood. The apartment is exactly as presented on the listing. Extremely clean and well taken care of. The hosts had nice little touches like snacks, high quality products and furnishings throughout. The owners do live upstairs and that may be a turn off for some folks, but we only saw the owner when she greeted us upon arrival. We barely heard them walking around upstairs so we almost forgot they were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Super clean, new and comfortable

This place is amazing. Very clean and modern all around. It was perfect and comfortable for my wife and two kiddos. Love the farmland. Very quiet and peaceful. We saw deer in the adjacent pasture and tons of stars at night. This is an excellent get-a-way and is minutes from everything. It has a gated driveway and was secure. Saleh and Kathy were great hosts and answered any questions we had and assisted in anything we needed. Instructions were clear and communication was excellent. The unit was well stocked with supplies. We will be staying here anytime we come to spokane moving forward. This place books out fast so plan ahead.
