Great secluded location for group trips

Great secluded location for group trips, would recommend for everyone one who's looking for a house without neighbors and a lot of fun stuff to do!

Super week-end passé au sein du gîte la ferme des Vales. Les espaces communs sont très grands et super bien équipé: mention spéciale au billiard et filet de ping pong qui ont fait fureur. Les chambres sont pratiques et bien équipés (sdb individuelle pour la plupart), la cuisine est également praitque: piano fonctionnel, micro-ondes, machine à café et même des épices sont à notre disposition. Le sauna, le jacuzzi et le kota sont également top !! Je recommande pour des week-ends entre amis ou famille. Sa proximité avec l'autoroute rend le gîte facile d'accès, mais les bruits de la route ne se font pas entendre pour autant

Perfektes Haus für große Gruppen. Waren im Winter dort, hatten super viele Beschäftigungen wie Billard und Tischtennis. Haus ist etwas veraltet, hatte ingesamt aber einen richtig guten Vibe, der das wieder wettgemacht hat. Grillhütte ist ein cooles Gimmick. Remy war außerdem super nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder!

Un super potentiel mais..

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans ce chalet spacieux, parfaitement adapté pour accueillir un grand groupe (nous étions 25). Les équipements sont vraiment au top : piscine, jacuzzi, hammam, billard, salle de jeux… tout est là pour passer un moment convivial et agréable. La literie est également très confortable, les draps propres , ce qui est un vrai plus après une journée bien remplie.Le cadre rustique de la demeure est plein de charme, et l’extérieur est parfait pour laisser les enfants jouer en toute tranquillité.L’hôte a été super sympa et très arrangeant, notamment sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ, ce qui a vraiment facilité notre organisation.Seul petit bémol : l’entretien général du lieu laisse à désirer. C’est dommage, car cela contraste un peu avec la qualité des équipements et le charme de la maison. Un meilleur suivi de l’entretien rendrait l’expérience encore plus agréable.En résumé, un lieu idéal pour se retrouver à plusieurs, avec tout le confort souhaité, un accueil chaleureux, à condition de ne pas être trop pointilleux sur l’entretien.

Séjour mémorable

Nous sommes parti avec un groupe de 20 amis pour 10 jours. Rémy, l'hôte, a été formidable. Le gîte est très grand, propre et confortable. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. La maison est isolée, nous avons donc pu faire la fête dehors sans problème. Un cadre magnifique. Merci à Rémy pour cet accueil tout simplement parfait, merci pour votre gentillesse et vos conseils en terme d'activité à faire. Je recommande 1000 fois.

Netter Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten (insgesamt 5 Familien) das lange Wochenende in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist gross, bietet viel, die Küche ist leider eher schlecht ausgestattet und die Sauberkeit allgemein lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Auch konnten wir den Pool nicht benutzten, was ein wenig schade war. Nichts desto trotz hatten wir ein tolles Wochenende.

Très bon séjour entre amis avec enfants

Nous étions un groupe de 13 adultes et 6 enfants entre 4 mois et 6 ans. Le gîte offre un grand espace commun bien agencé, un jacuzzi et sauna bien appréciables et, à l'étage, 4 chambres doubles avec leur salle d'eau + 2 dortoirs de 3 lits superposés ainsi que 2 chambres doubles au rdc. Il manquait des ustensiles de cuisine, mis à part cela nous avons passé un agréable week-end entre amis. Merci !

Gite parfait pour passer un moment convivial en groupe

Gite réservé pour un séminaire d'entreprise d'une 20aine de personnes. Dans l'ensemble tout est bien et bien équipé. Malgré le mauvais temps, nous avons pu réaliser toutes les activités en intérieur car le bâtiment est très spacieux. Les soirées nous avons pu nous détendre dans le sauna et le spa, ou simplement devant le bar ou au coin du feu. Mention spéciale pour le kota gril que tout le monde a adoré. Les seuls points négatifs s'il en faut, seraient au niveau de la cuisine qui pourrait être mieux équipé (plus de planches à découper, petits appareils type mixeur, presse agrumes, micro onde moins vintage, ... ) Et de la chasse d'eau des toilettes de la salle de bain du bas qui a tendance à déconner. Sinon pour ne rien gâcher le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible.

WE réussi entre amis

Nous avons passé un week end de trois jours en mai 2023. Nous étions 26, 12 adultes , 14 enfants. Le gîte est grand, au calme. Les équipements sont très sympa (spa, sauna, billard, kota finlandais) La piscine ouvre en juin donc je ne peux pas donner un avis la dessus. La literie est confortable. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Il y a 8 chambres (de tête) dont 2 « dortoirs » et 4 chambres avec une salle de bain privative. Pour les 4 autres chambres, il y a une seule salle de bain, c est vrai que c est un peu juste. Le propriétaire est très sympa et essaie vraiment de faire au mieux. Nous avons pu arriver de bonne heure le premier jour et repartir après midi le dernier jour, sincèrement c est très appréciable ! Sincèrement c est un gîte tout à fait satisfaisant pour un we entre amis avec des amis. Le mobilier rustique fait que nous n avons pas passé notre temps à surveiller les enfants. Il y a même une salle de jeu pour eux. Et le jardin est largement assez grand pour qu enfants et adultes y trouvent leur compte. Voilà !

Ideal für große Gruppen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Da wir sehr viele Kinder dabei hatten, waren die zwei 6-er Zimmer , die es neben den 6 Doppelzimmern gab, für uns gerade richtig. Allerdings wäre ein Badezimmer angrenzend an diese Zimmer von Vorteil gewesen. Unser Gastgeber war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und war immer hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist vor allem für große Gruppen geeignet. Billard, Pool und Boule bieten Abwechslung vor Ort. In der näheren Umgebung hat man mit Verdun eine interessante Stadt mit zahlreichen historischen Stätten, die an den Ersten Weltkrieg erinnern.
