Great Stay!

The location of the house is approx 10 min from the beach (a nice little walk through small streets takes you there). The amenities of the house are great, starting from a spacious garden with a large pool to the airconditioned house. The rooms are nicely furnished and offer plenty of space. Caroline and her husband are great hosts, that always reacted immediately to all our requests and know the area extremely well. They even had little presents ready for our kids when we arroved. Definetly can recommend the place.

Super sejour

Une belle semaine dans une superbe maison à proximité (10 minutes à pied) de la plage, des commerces et des sites touristiques de la région. La maison est magnifique et très très bien équipée. Caroline nous a accueilli à notre arrivée et à été attentive tout au long de nos vacances. Une adresse à garder !!!

Excellente vacances dans le Sud de la France !

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques à Cap d'Agde dans une maison superbe et bien entretenue. Le confort était au rendez-vous, avec une piscine très agréable où nous avons passé de nombreux moments de détente. De plus, deux excellents restaurants se trouvent à seulement 10 minutes de marche sur la plage, parfaits pour des dîners en bord de mer. Un grand merci à Caroline pour son accueil chaleureux et pour toutes les informations utiles qu'elle nous a fournies sur la région. Grâce à elle, notre séjour a été encore plus plaisant. Nous recommandons vivement cette destination !

Modernes Haus mit tollem Pool direkt in Strandnähe

Wir haben eine superschöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einem Neubauviertel. Es war supersauber, wobei wir den ganzen Tag im Garten mit seinem großem Pool, der Terrasse und den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Sonne wie im Schatten verbracht haben. Unser Jüngster (6 Jahre) erfreute sich darüber hinaus am Spielhäuschen im Garten, dem Trampolin und den vielen Spielsachen. Narbonne, Pézenas und Sète sind einen Ausflug wert. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank an Caroline für die angenehme, unkomplizierte und professionelle Kommunikation.

Wunderschönen Urlaub

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ist sauber und modern eingerichtet und es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Die sehr schöne Außenanlage mit Pool haben wir täglich genutzt und wir konnten einen sehr schönen, ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. Très beau souvenir

Superbe villa dans le sud de la France. Nous étions 2 familles, dont 4 adultes et 4 enfants et un bébé. Il y avait de la place pour tous, avec tous les équipements pour que l'on se sentent bien. La piscine est agréable et bien entretenu. Et le quartier très calme et reposant. Notre hôte a été disponible et a respecté notre discrétion et nos besoins tout au long de notre séjour (2 semaines). La région est splendide. Il y en a pour tous les goûts : petit et grand. Agde, Bézier, Pezenas (une merveille), Narbonne, Sète. Les plages. Les parcs à thème. Les abbayes. Vous ne vous ennuyerez pas. Vous serez ravi de vos expéditions et apprécierez rentrer vous détendre dans la villa !

Sublime villa très spacieuse, moderne, hyper bien décorée, très fonctionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup plus profité de l'extérieur qui est magnifique : salon, piscine, espace repas, jardin. La villa est dans un endroit particulièrement calme et à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage. La propriétaire est accueillante, agréable, très attentionnée. Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve.

Tolle Villa mit super Pool und schönem Aussenbereich

Die geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtete Villa liegt gut 500m vom Meer entfernt und hat unsere Erwartungen absolut erfüllt. Den Innenbereich haben wir aufgrund des schönen Wetters kaum genutzt. Die Küche ist prima eingerichtet; es fehlt an nichts. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr grosszügig - Schatten findet man in der Lounge oder unter den Palmen. Der ca. 10m x 5m gross und etwa 1.60m tiefe Pool ist schlicht genial. Obwohl die Distanz zum Strand wie auch zu den Einkaufsläden gut zu Fuss zu machen ist, haben wir uns Fahrräder gemietet. Das hat sich gelohnt - es gibt praktisch überall hin relativ gut ausgebaute Fahrradwege - das Auto haben wir während den Ferien nur einmal für einen Grosseinkauf benötigt.

Superbe vacances dans une magnifique Villa

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette villa, proche de la plage de Rochelongue (environ 10 min à pied). La maison est spacieuse et très propre. La déco est digne d'un magazine de mode. Elle dispose de tous les éléments nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances, aussi bien dans la cuisine, dans les chambres et dans les extérieurs.... La piscine est très agréable et les voisins à proximité ne sont pas dérangeants. Les supermarchés sont à 5 min en voiture, la boulangerie et le primeur le plus proche sont à 15 min à pied. Concernant les propriétaires de le maison, ils sont adorables, de bon conseils dans les visites aux alentours, is répondent à toutes les questions très rapidement. Des vrais spécialistes de la ville de Sète!!!! Une séjour vraiment super. Nous recommandons à 100% Les Filles
