New beachfront condo in Calafia. Ocean view, large, , spacious new CONDO (1800) . Great for families and couples. Stepd to a sandy beach Only 30 minutes from the border and two-and-one-half hours from Los Angeles.

Wonderfully comfortable for either summer or winter!...

...A quiet, private and safe relaxing vacation spot... in a gated residential neighborhood with a long sandy stretch of beach. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Master bedroom has king-sized bed and private, full bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a king bed as well. 3rd bedroom has two bunk beds with a total of four beds in a single room. Full kitchen and dining room.. WIFI through out the house, Smart 55" smart tv, netflix

Steps to the ocean. Cool breeze makes air conditioning obsolete. San Diego weather, great for summer cool or winter warmth. Terrace facing the ocean. It is perfect for families with children, or for an all-adult getaway. Minutes to downtown Rosarito and only 25 minutes to Valle de Guadalupe for wine tasting.

Beautiful Views

Very nice and secure spot. We traveled with my family and we enjoyed the place it was nice with beautiful views of the water from our room and balcony. Accommodated 6 people perfectly and the host was very fast at replying any questions, also gave recommendations to nearby places to eat and visit.

This is a bait and switch

This place looked pretty nice! I booked over a month in advance. The days before our stay I reached out for check in info- nothing until the day before and they said they would send info shortly. That did not happen so I messaged day of arrival prior to 3 pm check in. I heard back from them at 5 pm via text and they said they would send the info in the evening- already 2 hours after check in. When I pushed back they said they place isn't available and hey my friend has another place downtown Rosarito- looked ghetto and only for 2 of the 3 nights we needed. They waited until they knew we were in Mex and desperate. They said they had 2 Christinas booking and got confused. Super rude and there was plenty of time in advance they could have notified us. I think this place prob doesn't even exist and they get you down there then try to book you into something else. We booked another place last minute - super stressful. Run away from this crazy person! I saw another review like this and should have paid attention. Learn from our mistake :(

The Good, the Bad, and the U***

I want to start with the good. It is an attractive unit and maybe 15 minutes from downtown Rosarito. The outdoor parking space was ok to find once inside. There is a nice coastal breeze at night along with a nice view. Finding the entrance can be confused with the building next door initially but once you find it, it is not a problem. Security was very pleasant and provided 24 hours a day. Now the not-good. It seemed like whichever property management group is being used was very hands-off. When we arrived there wasn't any shampoo, laundry detergent. This can be dealt with but we were exhausted after the drive and we had no idea where to find a store. Also, there was no control for the fan in the master bedroom. The need to keep the balcony door opened lead to a lot of mosquitos getting in. Both things were brought up with the owner who only told us to look for the missing items. There was no way to clean the floor during our stay except a tiny broom which was not adequate to pick up dirt and sand. The ice trays were broken. The unattractive. A few days in the power went out. We texted the owner and heard nothing back until the following day. We learned that this was a known problem with THIS SPECIFIC UNIT from the security guards. This was not disclosed to us by the owner. This was an exceptional inconvenience because the water heater is also electronic. We had kids that could not complete their showers! It also wasted food we purchased and forced us to eat out. The owner then stopped answering text messages. The following day, the power went out again (we had one light on and running the washing machine.) Regarding cleanliness, the available towels had hairs in them. This really freaked my wife out. It is important to note that there is construction going on in units on the same floor. On the final day, while packing and cleaning the electricity again went out. This unit is not inexpensive. For the price, one would expect basic things, a working electrical system, and an attentive owner. .

Beautiful condo! Great location, close to Papas & Beer, Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe!. Large living room and bedrooms! Family loved it! Will be returning again!

Comfy and Modern

Yuris condo was exactly as pictured except theres a new sofa that is super comfy. It felt like home with an ocean view. Everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the bedding very warm and fresh. The view is phenomenal. I enjoyed hearing the sounds of the waves as I slept and waking up to an endless sea. The host was very nice, communicated efficiently and followed up to make sure we got in safe. We would love to return in the future.
