Our annual visit was excellent - Mme Balzano and Claire had the house ready and welcoming . The house is very well equipped and the hosts make sure the arrangements are convenient for guests. The garden is very pretty and we much enjoyed our visit. .

Semaine de vacances entre amis

Belle maison avec piscine bien entretenue. Très bonne literie et linge de bonne qualité. La maison est spacieuse et les aménagements nombreux, de bon goût et correspondant aux photos. La terrasse et piscine sont bien protégées du vent et à l’abri des regards. Transats, salon de jardin et table complètent l’extérieur qui bénéficie d’un beau jardin fleuri. La véranda était également spacieuse et rajoute une belle pièce de vie très lumineuse avec table et canapé supplémentaire (très appréciable par temps de pluie). Petits bémols: il manquait quelque équipements de cuisine de base (râpé à légume, ouvre boîte), la propreté du four, barbecue et poêles laissait à désirer. Alors que l’intérieur de la maison était parfaitement nettoyé, il manquait un peu d’entretien aux ouvertures vers l’exterieur (nombreuses toiles d’araignées et insectes morts aux fenêtres et portes). L’accueil, la remise des clés et les informations données par Madame Fleury étaient parfaites. Au final, nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances.

Maison idéalement placée

Nous sommes retournés avec beaucoup de plaisir dans cette maison idéalement placée à Perros-Guirec. Elle se trouve dans un quartier extrèmement calme, et pourtant à deux pas du centre ville et à 10mn à pieds de la plage. La maison est très bien équipée et les literies particulièrement confortables. La piscine apporte un vrai plus même en ce milieu du mois de juin. La semaine est vraiment passée comme un rêve. Nous reviendrons !

Ansonsten sehr schön. Im küchenbereich müsste öfter kontrolliert werden, ablaufdatum von öle,essig und sonstiges teilweise weit überschritten.

Très bonnes vacances

Idéalement située, rien ne manque ou presque ... peut être un store au dessus de la véranda pour se protéger du soleil pendant les repas et profiter pleinement de cette pièce incontournable de cette maison. Nous avons passé une super semaine (trop courte) et nous reviendrons prochainement.

Le confort d’une villa avec un magnifique jardin près de la mer

Nous avons adoré la villa qui a nos yeux à tout du luxe ( lits de très bonnes qualité, accessoires de cuisine, mobilier intérieur, salle TV, fauteuils de jardin, ...) avec un merveilleux jardin au calme. Proche de la mer (au bout de la rue), proche du centre ville pour faire ses courses à pied et proche des plages. Un endroit au top pour faire connaissance avec la Bretagne et la magnifique région de la Côte d’Amor. Seul petit bémol ... le plancher de l’étage qui craque. Mais étant juste à 3 et calme, cela n’était qu’une question d’habitude. À recommander sans hésiter !

un havre de calme et de verdure au centre de Perros-Guirec

la maison est très bien entretenue et décorée avec goût. très bien équipée. le jardin est magnifique. Nous pouvons déjeuner à l'extérieur en toute tranquillité car la végétation et les arbres protègent totalement des vues extérieures. le quartier est très calme. autre atout, la maison est à 5 mn à pied du centre ville avec tous les commerces. la grande plage de Trestaou est à 10 mn à pied en passant par des venelles bucoliques et avec une vue magnifique. L'accueil est parfait! conclusion : un superbe séjour au cœur des côtes d'Armor

Magnifique Bretagne!

Superbe propriété très spacieuse et lumineuse dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, avec tous les équipements nécessaires aux vacances d'une famille: grande cuisine, double salon plus une très grande véranda avec à nouveau coin repas et coin canapé, 3 chambres, salle télé et lecture, et grand jardin! Le centre ville de Perros Guirec est accessible en quelques minutes à pied, ainsi que les 2 plages de Trestraou et Trestignel. Un magnifique endroit pour passer de belles vacances!

Splendide demeure

Nous avons passés un séjour parfait dans cette grande maison élégante et idéalement placée. Nous étions totalement au calme à deux pas du centre-ville et de la plage de Trestrignel. Le rez-de-chaussée offre de généreux espaces de vie: un confortable salon à l'ombre, une véranda pour profiter de la lumière même lorsque le soleil n'est pas au beau fixe, et entre les deux, une salle à manger spacieuse et lumineuse. La maison est simplement splendide et sa décoration est soignée. La cuisine est moderne et bien équipée. Le jardin est un écrin de verdure, parfaitement entretenu et largement ombragé. Enfin, un garage très pratique permet d'abriter la voiture durant les journées très ensoleillées.
