Let yourself be seduced by the calm and beauty of the place.<br><br>Gîte TOURNESOL... for 5 to 7 people. (70m² on the first floor and upstairs). The amenities and the neat decoration are adjusted to the functional in this spacious cottage with two bedrooms. Private sunny terraces with a view of the garden and the swimming pool...<br><br>Upstairs: a large bedroom with dressing room contains a double bed (160 x 200). The second bedroom is furnished with two single bunk beds (90 x 200) <br> + 1 single bed (90 x 200). All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.<br><br>The charming bathroom offers a large bathtub with shower curtain, a sink with a large mirror and storage shelf. The toilet is independent. For the little ones, a barrier secures access to the stairs.<br><br>On the first floor: The living room is comfortably furnished with a BZ sofa bed (160x200), a sofa bed (130 x 190), two armchairs and a coffee table. The wood-fired fireplace will warm your hearts on cooler evenings in low season,... while the flat screen TV (TNT channels) will allow you to connect your cameras, camcorders or game consoles... An office / leisure area for young and old completes the living space. All the cottages are swept by the FREE INTERNET Wi-Fi.<br><br>The equipped kitchen area includes a 4-burner ceramic hob, hood, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Senséo, coffee maker and electric kettle + crockery and cookware. The furniture, in addition to the table and the 6 chairs, has plenty of storage space.<br><br>A washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board are at your disposal in a laundry room common to the 4 cottages.<br><br>The Gîtes de la Caumette have a private parking lot, a bowling green, a table tennis table (outdoor) and a children's play area.
