Good, but not outstanding. Would definitely consider going back though. We loved the outdoor space and ate all our meals in the garden. Location, next to a couple of small beaches (one of which is dog-friendly), was perfect for us.Loved the view from the balcony, and the botanic is just a couple of minutes walk away and worth a visit.Couple of bars at the marina are handy. One of them sells bread and croissants in the morning.Things that would have made it 5 stars would be:- a bit more generous with things like toilet roll, dishwasher tablets on arrival- a slightly more thorough clean - we're not overly fussy, but there was evidence of a broken bottle at the side of the fridge, for example- tools for the barbecue

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans la location. Elle est spacieuse et a répondu à nos critères. Nous avons apprécié son emplacement, la piscine chauffée et la terrasse. Néanmoins, il nous a manqué de chaises longues sur cette terrasse ainsi que un peu plus d'équipement en vaisselle ( verres à pieds et verres)

Beach house in Roscoff

Lovely property with sea views from most rooms and a lovely outdoor heated pool (which was very appreciated as the sea in this area is fairly chilly!) Really short walk down to a very pretty and sheltered sandy bay with lots of rocks to scramble on. Roscoff itself is a pretty (if very tourist focused) town with attractive buildings, a beautiful church and lots of crêperies. All in all a lovely family holiday

Une chouette villa idéalement située avec une vue sublime

Une semaine en famille a profiter de la plage et de la piscine, mais surtout de la vue sur les terrasses. La maison est bien équipée même s'il manque un peu d'âme : c'est très blanc, sans doute pour mieux apprécier le bleu de l'océan et le vert des champs

Les images du site sont conformes. Il s'agit que de location et donc la location peut manquer de "chaleur" car la maison est 'standardisée' L'emplacement est bien, dans un quartier résidentiel et proche d'une petite plage. C'est silencieux Les informations générales étaient bonnes, donc Ok

Sensationelle Lage und Blick, gute Ausstattung

Das Ferienhaus liegt erhöht hinter einem alten Eisenbahndamm und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer. Die Räume sind großzügig und schick eingerichtet, auf der wunderbaren Terrasse sitzt man sehr gemütlich. Es ist alles notwendige für Selbstversorger vorhanden (Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine etc.) Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr nett und problemlos.

Maison très agréable

En famille (2 adultes 2 ados 1 St Bernard) nous avons découvert Roscoff et ses environs en ayant choisi cette maison comme pied à terre. Un séjour très agréable au sein de cette maison. Moderne,bien située, avec une jolie piscine (non utilisée car temps encore un peu frais), superbe vue…une maison quasi parfaite pour des vacances en famille (quasi parce que nous n’avons pas eu de wifi de la semaine…et avec deux ados une maison sans wifi ce n’est pas une maison parfaite ;) Communication très facile avec le propriétaire ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus sympa.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Haus liegt in einer traumhaften Lage, nur 50 Meter zu einem tollen Strand mit schneeweißem Strand. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und sehr warm. Leider funktionierte bei der Ankunft der Fernseher und das Internet nicht.Der Fernseher wurde ausgetauscht, das Internet war sehr langsam, nicht gut genug für YouTube oder Videokonferenzen. Insgesamt aber eine tolle Location und in 20min zu Fuß nach Roscoff. Super ruhig und sehr erholsam.

Perfekt zum Entspannen, schwimmen und tolle Restaurants zu probieren.

Das Haus bietet alles was eine Familie braucht. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, TV ist Netflix-kompatibel. Direkt neben dmGartem ist der Pool, der beheizt ist. Sehr sauber alles. Zum Meer läuft man ca 3 min zum strand an dem auch Hunde erlaubt sind etwa 5-7 min. Die regionalen Produkte sind unfassbar gut und von höchster Qualität. Die Leute in ROSCOFF sind unheimlich offen und nett. Es war ein so so toller Urlaub, wir kommen wieder.

Let op, geen privézwembad!

Dit huis heeft géén privézwembad, ook al staat dat wel in de advertentie. De foto's van het uitzicht zijn gedateerd, er groeit nu een hoge heg die het zeezicht wegneemt. Het huis zelf is verder prima, maar een nieuwe set pannen en deksels is wel echt noodzakelijk.

Highly recommended

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week. The villa ticked all the boxes for us…swimming pool, close proximity to a beautiful little beach, walking distance to the marina and town, lovely open plan living space with amenities. The only things I’d think to add if you’re planning a stay - we forgot a hairdryer (as my teen daughters kept reminding me!) and the WiFi isn’t consistent (which is expected, but worth keeping in mind if you need it). Thank you Ewan and Sophie.

schönes haus mit traumhafter aussicht und ruhe

alles ohne persönliche kommunikation, hat geklappt ist aber natürlich gewöhnungsbedürftig mit lauter codes usw. das haus ist groß, ruhig und schön gelegen, der pool wird von 4 häusern benutzt. zum meer nur 3 minuten und schöner strand leider mit geruchsbelästigung durch was auch immer. achtung: klopapier, kaffeefilter, geschirspültabs usw. alles mitnehmen, dito. geschirrhandtücher, wir mussten welche kaufem, da nur 2 da waren.

Kein zweites Mal

Grundsätzlich war es ok, jedoch erwarte ich in der Preisklasse eine saubere Unterkunft. Überall spinnenweb, alles staubig, Defekte Scheiben, Lampen, Kübel. Staubsauger fuß wegen rost nicht brauchbar. Sauberkeit am besten 0 sterne. Allein wegen mangelnder Sprachkenntnisse haben wir auf eine reklamation verzichtet.

++superbe! mais petits détails ; qui agacent pas de produits (liquide vaisselle; papier toilette ; .........etc ; pas de rangements ( armoire , patéres , cintres ) fermeture rageuse et destructrice des portes ext . joint trop épais , Pas de tapis anti-dérapant au sortir de la baignoire (carrelage glissant) manque d'ampoules 3 verres à pied pour 4 adultes le soir de réveillon !! parasols sur la pelouse alors qu'il y a un garage baie vitrée de la pièce principale bloquée par des bois. fumée ; déclenchement alarme ; le feu étant calme ; extinction du foyer; mais ça fume toujours ; déjà signalé départ difficile ; le portail est bloquè

We enjoyed it

Generally we do not stay at the same place a second time. But in this case we did it and we really enjoyed it. The reasons? 1. The sea view and the location of the houses: The whole day a perfect view on the sea from the balcony, from the salon or the garden. Within 5 minutes at the beach, further 5 minuted to the port and 20 minuted to Roscoff. Everything without the car. If you like to go to other places. No problem by using the car. 2. The comfort: Everything we needed is / was there. For two / four people it is enough space so everyone is able to stay for him- or herself or to have a nice evening with the family. 3. Communication and check-in: In the case we had a question. It is answered as fast as possible - normally within one hour. Check-In and check-out as easy as possible. Everything is described and prepared. To summarize our stay: We really loved it because it is easy, a great place for everyone who loves the northern part of Brittany. Maybe will come a third time.

Trop cher pour ce que c'est

Hôte plutôt disponible pour répondre à nos questions, un grillage a été installé pour que notre chien puisse être en sécurité dans le jardin. Par contre, la villa était sale quand nous sommes arrivés et rien n'était à disposition pour pouvoir nettoyer. Nos voisins ont même demandé à changer de villa car dans la même situation que nous. Ordures encore présentes dans la poubelle. La villa mériterait un gros rafraîchissement (tâches sur les murs, meubles , fissures, tâches sur les plaids...). Wi-Fi qui fonctionne très mal. Piscine non nettoyée et aspirateur qui ne fonctionnait pas. Pour du hors saison le prix ne vaut certainement pas la qualité.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Diese Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht: eine tolle Ausstattung, eine Terrasse mit hübschem Gärtchen und wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln, einen herrlichen Pool, einen fantastischen Strand in kürzester Laufdistanz und die Nähe zum charmantem Städtchen Roscoff. Wir haben unseren Urlaub so genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
