Avoid if you want to have problems free vacation
This place is dangerous and it should not be rented until it receives updated Certificate of Occupancy.
1. Electrical wiring was faulty resulting in electrical current running via water in three bathrooms. My son and my husband were shocked while under shower. Faulty wiring arrangement were confirmed by the electrician who finally arrived after we stated that we will contact Spain authorities if the problem is not addressed.
2. Manager was not responding in a timely manner and when reached concentrated on providing excuses instead of addressing the issue. Property owners needed to be asked to get involved.
3. AC in the main living area was not working (we were there during a heat wave). Manager as well as the owners tried to make us believe that it was working but it takes time. It took 5 days (we were there for 7 days) to finally fix it by replacing the missing liquid.
4. Basic items were missing - bathrooms had no toilet paper, no garbage bags in the kitchen, etc.
5. Main bedroom bedsheets smelled like urine when we checked in. I needed to chase management to give us new ones.
6. Curb appeal consists of planters with dead plants a garbage by the front door.
Please check my renter reviews of my prfile to see that i am a very responsible renter and never had to write a negative review, but this place is just a disaster.
