Great spacious property with a lovely family sized pool. The host has been brilliant at communicating - speedy responses and very accommodating. We really loved the location. Amazing views out to sea from the villa patio area. Yes, it’s up a hill, but that hasn’t been a problem. It’s a short walk (maybe 6-8 minute) to the bottom where there is a small beach and a couple of restaurants. We hired a car which was handy for the short 10 minute max drive to Torrox and Nerja along the coast road either side of the Tamango Hill location where the villa is. The area is quiet in the evenings. We never heard any noise after 10.30/11pm at night. So a great place for a quiet relaxing family holiday.

Lovely property as described. Friendly, helpful host. You will need a car to get around but the view from the outside area is worth it.

The host was very helpful and did his best to accommodate an early check-in. The views at the villa are spectacular, we met other family members at the villa and found it to be clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well enough stocked to meet our needs. Overall we gad a fantastic stay at the villa and will definitely try to return in the future.

Beautiful villa and pool

Beautiful villa with a fabulous pool. It was the perfect time of year to go with young children-warm enough for the beach but wonderfully quiet!

Perfect for a family holiday

Stargazing from the terrace was magical. John was great and popped over immediately when there was a problem with the pool. We should have hired a car.

Fantastic

The villa was perfect, comfortable and had everything we needed. Was a real home from home. If you are happy to walk it’s easy to get in to Nerja or Torrox to eat or look around. But having a car made it really accessible.

Beautiful area

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and loved walking down to la Restinga beach in the evenings. The villa was spacious, comfortable and well kept. The pool was a little cool given the time of year, but didn't stop the kids having fun! Thank you.

We’ve just returned from our stay in this fabulous villa! The villa is exactly as described. Nerja is such a beautiful town - definitely need a car as it’s quite out of the way! John the host is incredibly helpful answering any concerns and queries quickly! Thank you!

Lovely villa

We really enjoyed our stay with the family. The pool is great and was perfect size for us (kids 10 & 8). The villa is spacious and air condition in the bedrooms was crucial. A couple of good restaurants and beach within walking distance but I would definitely recommend getting a car. Brilliant host, always quick to reply and very helpful.

Family holiday

Very much enjoyed our week here in late June. There is UK (sky) tv with a decent number of chamnels for children and good Internet connection. John was on hand to assist with any queries at short notice. Lovely stay, and would recommend this villa, no question.

Great family holiday

Great location. Short walk to a lovely beach with a little bar and a couple of local family friendly restaurants (also next to the beaches). Easy to catch a bus or taxi into lovely nearby Nerja. The property is fab for 2 families. All the amenities you could hope for. Stunning views. Host was on hand very quickly to answer any questions and arranged transfers to and from the airport. Pool was lovely and a great size. Would definitely recommend for a super family holiday.

Great stay in Torrox

Couldn't have asked for a better stay near Nerja. House is even more spacious than images suggest, great contact in advance of the stay and during it. Would suggest that a car is probably a good idea - not necessary, but would make getting around easier. We had a lovely walk into Nerja along the beach one day - it's not long, even with kids (the youngest is 9). The property has everything you might need. Highly recommend.

The property was in an absolutely perfect spot, even the hill walk was fine. Had no real problems during our stay safe, peaceful and what a view. Check -in was a process and the home needs a good thorough clean. Host was available , but quite irritated by any communication. All in all will come again to the area , but find a new place.

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay. Sorry if I came across as iritated, it wasn't the case, even when my evening was ruined by you getting out of your personal transport at the wrong address and me having to come and transport you and the luggage to the villa,...hopefully when you return to the area you get a better host....the cats are missing you !
