Großzügiges Appartement in toller Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Strand in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die erste Etage ist sehr großzügig, Küche mit sehr guten Geräten und die Plancha ein Traum. Die zwei Balkone sind sehr schön. Das Obergeschoss ist sehr niedrig. Oberen Zimmer haben an der höchsten Stelle (Tür) eine Stehhöhe von ca. 1:70m auch im oberen Bad. Alle Zimmer mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Zum Strand sind es nur 5min zu Fuss, Sandstrand flach, viele Familien mit kleineren Kindern dort, sehr angenehmes Publikum. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Handtücher, Bettlaken, Sonnenschirme und vieles mehr kann man bei Herrn Pacelli für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes mieten. Der Vermieter ist direkt vor Ort und kommt sofort wenn etwas zu reparieren ist :)

Je vous remercie pour votre appréciation très complète et conforme à la réalité. Je regrette comme vous que les chambres mezzanine est une hauteur maximale de 1m70 au point le plus haut , mais elles possèdent toutes une fenêtre de toit et surtout une literie confortable ce qui parait primordial dans une chambre à coucher. Encore une fois merci beaucoup pour votre amabilité . Si vous souhaitez revenir je vous acceuillerais avec grand plaisir.

Schöne Wohnung und toller Gastgeber

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Wohnung von Jean-Marie Urlaub gemacht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Es war kein Problem mit 8 Erwachsenen dort zu wohnen. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, da man von hier aus viele schöne Flüsse in unter einer Stunde erreicht. Auch an die anderen Enden von Korsika fährt man maximal 2 1/2 Stunden. Falls man einen ruhigen Tag verbringen will bietet der Strand (etwa 100m) dafür die Gelegenheit. Jean-Marie war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat sich um fehlende Sachen gekümmert und stets seine Hilfe angeboten. Zu Beginn des Urlaubs gab er viele Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden und anderen Aktivitäten. Der Kontakt mit Jean-Marie war stets sehr angenehm und freundlich.

Großzügige urbane Ferienwohnung

Gut gelegene große Wohnung im 1. OG Terrasse mit Außendusche, Grill und Plancha, Balkon ebenfalls mit Tisch und Stühlen. Waschmaschine und Trockner, 2 Toiletten. Die Wohnung ist auch mit großer Familie sehr komfortabel.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans l appartement de M. Pacelli. Tout s est très bien passé. L appartement est très fonctionnel et bien situé. Jean Marie est très sympathique et réactif. Merci entre autres pour l apéritif de bienvenue et tous vos conseils !

Famille très sympathique et tolérante, malgré un lave-vaisselle en panne qui a été remplacé par un neuf aussi rapidement que possible. L'appartement a été restitué propre et en parfait état. J'aurais beaucoup de plaisir à recevoir de nouveau cette famille si elle souhaitait revenir à Bravone.

Vacanza stupenda

Appartamento molto bello con tutti i confort quali lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, forno, forno a microonde, 2 bagni, 1 con doccia, una doccia esterna sulla terrazza, 2 terrazze, barbecue a carbonella e piastra a gas, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, posteggio sotto, vicino alla spiaggia. Il Sig. Pacelli si è dimostrato una persona molto amichevole e cordiale offrendo un servizio ineccepibile sia per le dritte di cosa fare e dove andare che per i servizi da lui offerti quali volo panoramico in aereo, noleggio imbarcazione gite in 4x4 ecc. La Corsica ha dei paesaggi che svariano dalle spiagge di sabbia fina alle spiagge di sassi e rocce ai paesaggi incredibili come Bonifacio e alle montagne praticamente allo stato selvaggio. una vacanza indimenticabile da rifare assolutamente

Séjour agréable et qualité de l accueil.Plage de sable 100m.Situation idéale pour visiter la corse

Appartement propre , moderne, bien équipé ( lave-linge, sèche-linge, lave vaisselle etc..) situé au calme. Grande terrasse très agréable barbecue, plancha ,table pour 10 personnes et douche d extérieur. Les chambres mansardées à l étage sont assez basses mais la literie est de bonne qualité . La piscine résidentielle est petite . Elle permettrait néanmoins de se rafraîchir rapidement en été si on ne veux pas parcourir les 100 m pour atteindre la plage. Elle permettrait surtout aux enfants de s´ébattre dans l eau pendant que les grands prennent l apéro. Bref un lieu de vacances que nous avons apprécié qui donne envie d y revenir en pleine saison pour profiter pleinement du calme et de la plage.
