Set in a peaceful location with an exceptional view overlooking the Conca d’Oru, the house features spacious terraces, a central patio around which the house is arranged, and a pool from which you can admire the Gulf of Saint-Florent, the start of Cap Corse, and the hilltop villages of Nebbiu.
The villa is located in the town of Oletta, the pearl of Nebbiu, 7 km from the charming port of Saint-Florent and close to all amenities (bakery, supermarkets, Leclerc shopping centre, petrol station).
The air-conditioned villa features 4 bedrooms, including 2 for adults and 2 for children.
You’ll also have access to 2 bathrooms with toilets and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large living area.
Each bedroom has a walk-in closet.
Linens are provided (sheets, bath towels, tea towels). A washing machine will make your stay even more comfortable.
A barbecue is available for enjoying regional specialities on the terrace.
The pool is accessible only through a secure gate and is surrounded by fencing that meets current safety standards. However, swimming is at your own risk.
The beach at Saint-Florent is a 10-minute drive away, and shuttle buses can take you to the idyllic beaches of the Agriates Desert.
