NEWLY REMODELED 2/2 MIDTOWN MIAMI FREE PARKING
JUST NOW REMODELED!! 2 Bed& 2 Bath In Edgewater, ONE FREE PARKING fit compact car, 6 min WYNWOOD & Miami Design District, 15-20 min to south beach, blocks to restaurants/bars/shopping. 2 FULL BEDS & ONE QUEEN. 10-15 minutes to South Beach and Brickell. Check-in 4 pm. Not allow local residents, groups under 18 age, events, parties, photoshoots. - Quality furniture, big sofa. - very comfortable mattresses -BIG TV IN LIVING ROOM. - Washer + dryer on site - NO POOL OR GYM - x box one.
The PATIO is comfortable and has water view, you will enjoy your morning breakfast.
bathroom comes with shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
Quality pillows and quality sleep in important for me.
Luis and me will be available for any needs.
1st bedroom comes with 2 full beds.
2nd bedroom is smaller with a queen bed.
Kitchen is not big, but has what
needs.
Building don't have pool or gym.
we have baby stroller , highchair, babybath, baby shampoo & body wash, baby bassinet!
Additional rules:
-Please be respectful of my neighbors, absolutely no parties or guests beyond the confirmed number of people;
-Absolutely no smoking inside the place;
-Check-in before 4:00 PM check out time 10:00 AM.
-No parties.
-No guests except the registered ones;
-DO NOT USE ANY KIND OF TOWEL TO REMOVE makeup not even any of the washcloths you’ll find in the bathroom, please use a proper makeup remover.
In case of damaged towels, we’ll charge $5.00 per damaged/lost/stolen washcloth and $10.00 per damaged/lost/stolen towel.
