Pas pratique manque de serrure et de discrétion et propreté laisse a désirer
Emplacement idéal pour ceux qui aime la mer.
Plage intimiste et propre.
Appartement fonctionnel, pour 2 personnes .
Par forte chaleur manque cruellement la clim, un ventilateur est néanmoins mis à disposition.
Point positif: 2 frigos pour mettre des boissons au frais c'est un plus.
Residence familiale bercée par les jeux des enfants.
Attention à vérifier la propreté des lieux avant l arrivée des locataires, un doute sur le fait que quelqu'un soit venu avant notre arrivée, électricité et eau coupées sans explication pour tout mettre en route, il fallait savoir que le robinet posé sur le frigo servait à ouvrir l'eau et que pour cela il fallait aller dans un local spécial dans le couloir... : frigos donc à mettre en route et attendre par forte chaleur qu'ils soient opérationnels ( de plus ils étaient fermés).
Volets et bas de portes fenêtre avec beaucoup de saletés.
Balai brosse avec le manche coupé en 2 : pour nettoyer c est pas le top.
Porte de douche qui ne se ferme plus correctement.
Voilà des détails qui n'ont pas gâché notre semaine mais qui pourraient être réglés facilement.
Dans l'ensemble: location fonctionnelle avec quelques améliorations à faire et emplacement top.
Le mobilier est très ancien et de plus détérioré
2 sommiers pour maintenir le matelas de la chambre , tiroirs de la commode absents, on est à la limite de l’acceptable.
Dommage car le bien, la localisation et le site son excellents et ces défauts viennent entacher l’impression Generale.
Nous aurions aimer faire l’état des lieux sur site avec l’agence. Au vu de l’état du mobilier nous avons compris pourquoi personne ne se déplace.
