Brand New Oceanfront House - All Six Bedrooms Have Ocean / Beach Views

This may be the highest house on Long Beach Island. Very private layout on a double lot. 3400 square feet. All bedrooms have spectacular views.

Two living / family rooms, gourmet kitchen (Sub Zero fridge / Wolf oven), new beds & furniture, elevator, hot tub, outdoor shower, off-street parking and much, much more.

Reverse living - kitchen, living room and master bedroom are on the top (third) floor. Three bedrooms and a second living room are on the second floor. Two bedrooms (also with ocean views) are on the first floor. No one needs to get the "bad room," there are no bad rooms in this house.

Spectacular decks on the third and second floors. First floor has a deck around the hot tub (with ocean views too).

Three of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.

House has its own private walkway to the beach.

Plenty of off-street parking on the property.
