Propriétaire très sympa et bon conseilleur sur les endroits à visiter. Appartement spacieux, propre, avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Très bien placé. Je le recommande fortement.

Séjour à vars st Catherine

Appartement très propre et bien équipé Chauffage au sol très appréciable. Cloison un peu fine avec l'appartement voisin mais complètement supportable. Les navettes régulières aux pieds du logement

Fijn verblijf!

Wij verbleven hier van 18/2/23 tem 25/2/23. Het huis was voorzien van alle comfort: micro, vaatwasser,oven... De muren van de slaapkamer zijn wel heel dun. We hadden het ongeluk dat er op zaterdag zeer luidruchtige buren aanwezig waren. Al een geluk zijn ze de dag nadien vertrokken. Moet je denk ik een beetje geluk mee hebben. Er staat dat er 2 slaapkamers zijn maar dat is helaas niet het geval. Er is 1 volwaardige slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en 1 mezzanine waar 2 matrassen op de grond liggen. Je kan daar totaal niet rechtop staan. Mijn zoon van 13 heeft daar geslapen en vond het wel leuk, al een geluk. De bus stopt vlakbij het huis en brengt je in 5 minuutjes naar de piste. Wij hebben er alleszins van genoten maar zullen niet meer weer komen omwille van de mezzanine.

Super séjour👍

Malgré les quelques commentaires parlant du manque de chauffage et du bruit, nous avons réservé et nous avons été agréablement surpris par cet appartement. Nous avons un petit garçon de 3 ans et un bébé de 1 an, cet appartement est très bien chauffé (chauffage au sol), pas de bruit, de plus il est très propre, les draps sentent la lessive. Nous avons été dirigé par une hôtesse qui s'appelle amanda qui c'est très bien occupé de notre arrivée et de notre départ. Je vous recommande fortement ce logement, il n'est pas en bas des pistes vous avez donc le calme et la sérénité de plus 5 minutes en voiture ou en navette et vous y êtes. Pour finir, je le redis, je ne comprends absolument pas les commentaires précédents, j'étais retissante c'est une réservation de dernière minute que je ne regrette vraiment pas.

Bien mais....

Logement assez grand (rare à la montagne !) propre, pratique et plutôt bien équipé, situé là où nous le souhaitions. Par contre gros gros bémol concernant l'isolation sonore et thermique ! On a eu l'impression d'avoir les locataires de l'appartement d'à côté dans notre chambre et dans notre logement (pas vraiment idéal surtout un 31/12) ! De plus, l'air froid passe sous la porte d'entrée (qui d'ailleurs n'est qu'une porte lambda à travers laquelle le jour passe...), idem pour la porte fenêtre donc pas vraiment idéal avec un bébé de 1 an qui passe son temps à quatre pattes ! Il serait bien de proposer un chauffage d'appoint en plus ainsi que de mettre un chauffage dans la salle de bain !

Lovely

Great and comfortable apartment in rustic style with all the amenities you need. Just can’t fault it. Apartment was warm but there was no radiators? so if you want to dry your gloves and boots etc better get one of those plug in thermic dryers. A little out of the way from main shopping and restaurant area. Bus stop very close but buses run every half hour. Another option is to drive and park near chairlifts or restaurants but parking may be tricky. Overall would highly recommend if you’re fine staying a little further from the centre. We had a great stay.

2 étoiles d accord, mais sûrement pas 4!

Séjour pdt les vacances scolaires 2 ad 2 enfts de 9 et 12 ans. Points positifs: appartement propre et bien chauffé au sol dc jms froid et le linge sèche vite,linge de maison fourni,lits faits,cuisine bien équipée avec 1 gd frigo notamment,literie confortable. Attention mezzanine très basse de plafond (pas pour des gds ados ni des adultes, pas de fenêtre dc pas pour les claustrophobes. Points négatifs: l extérieur n est pas engageant car il y a bcp de bazar et vraiment du rangement s impose, ne serait-ce que pour le voisinage!, odeur d essence permanente dans le hall. Pr l appartement en lui-même: vue sur un autre chalet donc pas d intérêt, taille de l écran TV ridicule, ou vintage ?, (taille d un ordi 15 pouces!), petit matériel de base manquant tel que sèche-cheveux important en plein hiver à la montagne, 1 louche pour servir la soupe, 1 cuillère en bois, 1 économe en bon état, des produits d entretien de base pour les toilettes notamment, 1 poubelle avec couvercle dans la cuisine et 1 poubelle tout simplement dans la sdb, des pinces à linge (il n y en avait que 3), au moins 1 couverture supplémentaire, des infos à disposition sur les pistes et les balades, les horaires des navettes pour descendre à la station, bref ce qu on trouve en principe dans 1 location. L interrupteur de la lampe d appoint près du canapé est inaccessible car elle est branchée derrière le canapé mais comme le fil est trop petit et qu aucune rallonge n a été mise l interrupteur est donc coincé derrière le canapé ! Pour finir la localisation est plutôt contraignante car les navettes passent au mieux toutes les 30 min et il y a des zones blanches dans la journée donc il faut vraiment être bien organisé pour ne pas être coincé. Aucun commerce sur place. Supérette à la station Ste Marie (à 5 min en navette mais horaires aléatoires malgré ceux affichés sur la porte du magasin). En montant à la station plus haut (les Claux) pistes plus accessibles aux débutants car il y en a des vertes (plus écoles de ski donc plus de monde aussi). Petit supermarché (Sherpa) qui vous livre vos achats à partir de 100 € donc bien pratique pour le jour de l arrivée (en plus le livreur vous embarque avec lui pour éviter toute erreur de livraison). Donc: appartement sympa mais on ne le relouera pas à cause de sa localisation par rapport aux pistes et au nombre de navettes qu on a prises dans la semaine, mais aussi à cause des détails plus ou moins importants décrits plus haut.

Appartement sympa

Séjour du 25 au 28 février avec 4 adultes Appartement sympa mais le couchage en mezzanine convient plus à des enfants qu'à des adultes. La navette se situe juste à côté très pratique pour rejoindre les pistes. Des détails à améliorer : manque un peu de vaisselle, de quoi mettre à sécher et pendre les affaires de ski, une télévision plus récente. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
