A large veranda overlooking a beautiful wooded garden landscaped with a barbecue and 2 deckchairs, will allow you to fully enjoy the calm of the property as well as the Guadeloupean climate, whether you are with family or friends!

Le Verger de Charles "À ÉVITER! Surtout pour les séjours longues durées et/ ou pour les personnes asthmatiques car la maison est extrêmement humide!
Mon mari et moi avons fermés les yeux sur de nombreux points par sympathie pour M.Villoin et dû à notre quasi absence dans le logement (on partait travailler le matin à 8h et on revenait à 22h). Et pourtant, nous avons subi:
- en cas de fortes pluies: murs de la chambre qui suintent passages de l’eau à travers la menuiserie des fenêtres zone boueuse à l’entrée du logement;
- remontées d’odeur et d’eaux usées dans la salle de bain WC;
- Multitudes de lézards dans la climatisation de la chambre;
- Évier de la cuisine bouchée durant les 3 dernières semaines;
- être piqués par les moustiques le matin comme le soir ce qui est pris à la légère (il en rigole)
Ce logement ne vaut pas le prix ( environ 2300 € pour 2,5 mois)!
Hôte hypocrite et radin qui se plaint d’avoir payé 20€ de plus la femme de ménage alors qu’à l’état des lieux tout était propre et rangé"

Le Verger de Charles "Die Wohnung hatte eine gute Ausstattung und ist gut gelegen, um mit dem Auto Tagesausflüge in der nördlichen Insel zu machen.
Es gibt leider mehr mosquitos als sonst, man sollte daher ein Spray mitnehmen.
Die Kommunikation mit Charles war sehr einfach und und angenehm. er hat uns auch ein paar Tipps gegeben."
