Left us stranded

Our interaction with the property was terrible. Despite confirming our booking multiple times, the property double booked our stay. Mistakes happen, we know this. However, the property was uninterested in finding a solution, was rude and despite making an offer to discount our stay for the remaining days the apt actually was available, cancelled our booking entirely. Terrible customer service, terrible business practice.
