The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden of approx 1000m2. The villa is 170m2 in size and has a large living room with sitting area, fireplace, study area and a dining area with a table for 6 people, open kitchen (incl. Microwave and dishwasher). Air conditioning (hot and cold) in (almost) all spaces. Wifi and satellite TV (both Dutch and Belgian channels).

The villa has three bedrooms (six beds), two bathrooms and three toilets. There is a washing machine, travel cot, baby bath, changing mat and BBQ.

Around the house and on the roof there are several (covered) terraces.
The pool is 10m long by 4m wide and has three steps in the bath on the shallow side.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist geräumig und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub brauchen könnte. Der Kontakt vor Ort ist super unkompliziert. Man ist dort sehr flexibel. Wir hatten eine mehrstündige Verspätung, bis in die Abendstunden. War gar kein Problem. Auch die Abreise mit Schlüsselabgabe. Komplett flexibel und zuverlässig. Es war also ein komplett gelungener Aufenthalt. Danke dafür an Kees und Christine.

Heerlijk ruim vakantiehuis met zwembad

Dit heerlijke vakantiehuis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij verbleven 15 nachten in dit huis en hebben genoten van het zwembad, het ruime huis en de ruime tuin. Het roostertje in het zwembad was stuk en werd na melden bij het contactpersoon snel verholpen. De omgeving omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor ontspanning en vertier. De tuinverzorgers en beheerders waren heel aardig en behulpzaam. Een perfecte vakantievilla!

Mooi huis in een mooie omgeving en ideaal zwembad

Goed ontvangen in een mooi en goed ingericht huis. Leuke tuin en ideaal zwembad. Huis is gesitueerd in een apart gelegen urbanisatie dus eigen vervoer of huurauto wel aangeraden. Qua bemeubeling is het een beetje oubollig ingericht maar wel overal airco's, behalve in de combo slaapkamer maar dat is te verhelpen met de airco van de andere kamer. Keuken nieuw en goed ingericht (2 koelkasten dus ideaal voor de extra drank). Kortom, prachtig verblijf. Er was wel een minpunt: zeer slechte internet. Ik heb dit met speedtesten gemeten en ik kwam niet verder dan 0,37 Mbps en dit was het hoogst haalbare ('s morgens, middags en 's nachts getest). Met tieners is dit tegenwoordig al een drama als ze slecht internet hebben en normaliter vind ik dat ze niet moeten zeuren maar zelfs ik had problemen om digitaal een krantje te lezen of om iets op te zoeken. Regelmatig ook gewoon geen internet gehad dus dit is wel een aandachtspuntje (veel gereset). Daarnaast zou ik als suggestie ook kijken voor wat meer parasols want de tuin en zwembad zitten de gehele dag in de zon en dan is het wel lekker om even in de schaduw te zitten en met 1 grote parasol en een strand parasolletje is het lastig om iedereen wat schaduw te voorzien. En daarnaast zijn die tijgermuggen wel zeer vervelend en pijnlijk maar daar kunnen de verhuurders weinig aan doen want die krengen zitten daar overal. Maar nogmaals, we hebben daar met plezier gezeten en ondanks het internetprobleem hebben de kids zich ook vermaakt :-)

Chalet tranquilo con excelente piscina

Todo muy bien, el chalet es muy amplio y está muy bien equipado, tiene de todo. La piscina genial, el agua siempre limpia con el sistema automático de limpieza. Rodeada de plantas, pinos y palmeras. Un sitio muy muy chulo y tranquilo, y si te gusta salir, está muy cerca de Alfaz del Pi, Benidorm, Altea…

Muy bien

La cada esta situada en una zona muy tranquila y bastante céntrica, a unos 10 min de altea ya unos 15min de benidorm, la piscina está renovada y el interior de la casa un poco antiguo pero suficiente, personalmente creo que la nevere es muy pequeña para la capacidad de la casa y hay uno e los cuartos no tiene aire acondicionado propio, está comunicado por una puerta con otro dormitorio que si tiene aire acondicionado, nos tocaron 2 noches de mucho calor y en ese dormitorio hacia mucho calor para dormir. Disfrutamos mucho de la casa la semana que estuvimos allí.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

It was easy to check in Comfortable house with good climate control (also heating) Beautiful garden and also chairs and table for use and sun tanning Only the kitchen could use a little bit more attention (light and cleaning) But very nice to stay here for our purpose!

La zona del jardín y piscina es una maravilla. La casa por dentro está un poco más anticuada pero aún así está bien. Tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y salón. Yo volvería.

For us, it was perfect!

It's a lovely house, very quiet and comfortable with AC, a great pool and (apart from there being no oven), everything you need in a home-away-from-home. You will definitely need a car, as the nearest shop is about 4km. Lots of day trips you can do if so inclined, but considering the Covid situation we mostly just laid low at the house. A very nice family break in Spain!

Great break in Alfa’s Del Pi.

Had a great stay in this charming villa. Pool lovely. Plenty of room and grounds to sun bath or sun shade. Solarium was toasty. Air con in two of the three bedrooms. Could have done with it on the third bedroom too No complaints though. Would recommend. Car required. But nice and peaceful.
