We really enjoyed staying here. The place was very clean, great pool that is heated, and nice hot tub. The owners immediately responded when I had questions. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and will be staying here again.

Sam You are a great host. Very responsive and the little things made our stay a positive experience . Your place is a 5 star of course the pool with over 100 degree temps a few days while we were there made it pleasant. Your location A1. If we return to Arizona.we definitely would stay there.

Nice property, convenient location

This was our second stay here, and already feels like home away from home. The house has everything you need, check-in / out very simple, pool and hot tub perfect for relaxing. Easy access to highway 60 makes it a great base for a long weekend.

Great house and Sam was very welcoming. Even had new living room furniture delivered while we were there. Great location, loved the hot tub and pool. Enjoyed watching the golfers. Would love to stay again when visiting family!

Excellent Getaway

My family had a wonderful week at this property. The house was spacious enough for all of us and we really enjoyed the backyard pool and patio. Location was great for many restaurants. Highly recommend!

Family get away to visit family.

The hosts have thought of everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub and a golf course view was a plus. Golfing at Augusta Ranch was another great perk. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Getaway

This property provided us the perfect escape from the Canadian winter! We loved the heated pool and hot tub to relax and rewind after a day of exploring the area. The hosts were amazing and provided us everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We will be returning!

Awesome Place!

We have stayed at quite a few places around Mesa and this one was by far the best. Everything was clean, amenities were great, great location, beds were comfy, pool was clean and well taken care of. Would highly recommend! Sam was very accommodating as well. We will stay here again.

Everything was exactly as described/photos. The pool was amazing and we wouldn’t have survived the AZ summer heat without it! We booked to be close to the AZ Training Center for a basketball camp for our granddaughter which was only 10 min away. We golfed twice, early mornings, on the property’s course. We booked tee times last minute for reasonable 84 for 18 holes for 2, including golf cart. There’s avenues to pay even less so check with Augusta Ranch Golf. The owners were more than gracious, available if we had any issues or needs. We hadn’t VRBO in years so this was great re-entry experience.

Perfect base for a long weekend

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts made everything so easy. We were here for a swim meet, in and out a lot, and the easy access to Highway 60 was great. Very quiet. So nice to come home and relax in the pool and take a dip in the hot tub instead of being cramped in a hotel room. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

Loved having our own pool! Quiet neighborhood and close to everything! The beds were awesome. I didn’t want to leave. Only negative is the inside furniture is a little Worn, but we spent most of our time outside on the patio anyway!

7 day stay in Mesa

We (6 of us) stayed at Sam’s Mesa house 11/12-11/18. The house has 1 large master suite and 2 regular size rooms. We liked that the beds were king size and comfortable. The house was neat and tidy when we arrived. The communication with the host was fine as well. The house is near a Starbucks and a grocery store so very convenient. We dropped the rating by 1 star because we found that the house seemed dusty and needed a deep cleaning. The towels and bedsheets seemed dusty. Maybe it’s the dry air? Also the couch was comfortable but worn. There was also mold/mildew in the master shower around the entire base of the shower. And a mildew strip in the hall shower as well. Overall a good value. Wouldn’t take much for this home to be a 5.0

Even though going to Arizona in the summer is very hot, staying at Mesa Haven was a perfect home for us. It has the best backyard you could ask for. The pool is very nice and clean. The water was at a refreshing temperature and it even had a waterfall and spouts. There was plenty of shade and seating options. The misting system helped cool things off and there was a hot tub available. The home was very well stocked in the kitchen along with all the supplies you would need. Another bonus was having 3 king beds and a TV in each bedroom. Sam is very helpful and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were in Mesa for the birth of our grandson and wanted a location close to our daughter and son-in-law. After reviewing several options, we chose this property, and we are so glad we did!The home was beautiful, clean, and matched the description perfectly. The owner was very responsive and checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. The pool was awesome, and the location was peaceful and relaxing, with a quiet view overlooking the golf course.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Mesa area.

Backyard paradise

Great safe neighborhood. Close to 202 and 60. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful heated pool with lights, and hot tub make this a great place to stay. It has misters if its hot but we didn't need them this trip. Plenty of outdoor seating. Inside is very roomy. Has everything you need.
