Excellent séjour dans une apparemment lumineuse

L’appartement est top ! Grand balcon avec vue sur mer, cuisine équipée, grand salle de bain et chambre à coucher au calme . Le wifi marche super bien. La place parking est très étroite.

L’accueil, parfait! L’appartement avec son emplacement, sa vue fantastique, sa déco et ses équipements. Suffisamment près du centre pour pouvoir y aller facilement, et suffisamment loin, pour ne pas en subir les inconvénients. La place de parking privé est un vrai plus. On aurait aimé rester plus longtemps, mais dommage c’était impossible Nous reviendrons, c’est sur! Peut-être, mieux gérer les documentations des différents équipements.

Superbe vue, mais standing en deça du positionnement prix... dommage

Le standing de l'appartement, notamment la faible isolation thermique et acoustique, ainsi que l'ameublement, nous ont semblé trop bas par rapport au prix demandé d'une part et par rapport à la description du bien. Par contre l'emplacement et la vue sont TOP.

Quelques améliorations et il pourrait être tout proche des cinq étoiles : - suspensions pour serviettes et tablette pour gel douche/savon dans la salle d'eau - dérouleur de papier toilette dans les WC - accroche-torchons dans la cuisine - éclairage et assise supplémentaires dans le salon - voilage pour éviter le vis-à-vis dans la chambre à 2 lits - ménage un peu plus soigné

Bonjour Madame Breda, Tout d'abord nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de votre expérience dans notre appartement Première Ligne. Nous avons pris note de toutes vos remarques et nous allons faire le nécessaire afin d'apporter les "améliorations" conseillées par votre part : Les propriétaires vont installer une suspension pour serviettes dans la salle de bain. Ils vont également installer un porte papier toilette dans les WC ainsi que l'accroche-torchon. Concernant le ménage, nous sommes très étonnés et déçus de voir ce genre de remarque. Nous faisons vraiment notre maximum pour que le ménage soit irréprochable (ménage effectué par une société de ménage professionnel et qui est par la suite contrôlé par nos soins). Vous nous aurez fait part de votre mécontentement à votre arrivée, nous aurons fait intervenir quelqu'un en urgence afin d'obtenir une satisfaction maximale de votre part :) Dans tous les cas nous espérons vous recevoir à nouveau dans le but d'atteindre les 5* la prochaine fois ;) Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau !
