There are a number of hiking and biking trails in the immediate area, as well as many places to rent bikes to cruise the miles of recreation path. In the winter, take advantage of Copper Mountain, Keystone Resort, Breckenridge, and Arapahoe Basin, all within 15 miles for all of your skiing needs.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
