AMENITIES – Within this cozy unit, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private balcony. This condo also comes equipped with a wood burning fireplace, comfortable living room furniture, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has new appliances and comes equipped with a coffee pot, slow cooker, and toaster.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Property could use some updating. Not much space in master bedroom to store belongings. (A dresser where TV is would help. TV could sit on top.) Problem with stool and sink in bathroom off master bedroom.
