This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is a perfect retreat for up to seven people. Nicely updated, guests love it location in Frisco, the heart of Summit County. Look at how nice it is on the inside, too! The living area welcomes you with a beautiful gas fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the flat-screen TV or just relax and chat. The large windows flood this open area with sunshine all year long. And just outside on the balcony, there’s a gas grill and great mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and seating for six: four at the dining table and two at the counter. Other amenities include a 1-car garage, a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I want to dock a star for the jetted tub spitting out black stuff, as is noted in other reviews, but the value, comfort & amenities as a whole save it. Attention to detail throughout is quite good, all the furniture is very comfy. I could spend days in those bar stools. Great neighborhood and walkable to stores and restaurants. Cookware is a little worn, but that was expected in a rental. I might just book this place next year - it's a real jewel. Thanks for the great stay!

Okay Stay

The unit was alright. The tub in the unit was not usable and was spitting out black residue/ mold even after maintenance came and cleaned it. This was a big disappointment as it was the primary reason this location was selected over others. Also, the check in and out times were later/ earlier to give the cleaning crew, “time to clean,” but they still had a chore list.
