BEDROOMS
Six comfortable beds make it an ideal spot for up to 8 guests and a great choice for large groups of adults or families with kids or teenagers. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, including one full-size set.
GETTING AROUND
The Dillon Marina is a short walk away with paddleboard, kayak, and sailboat rentals, summer regattas, and Pug Ryan's Tiki Bar right on the water. The Dillon Amphitheater is steps from the condo and hosts live music all summer, including free Monday night concerts and ticketed weekend shows featuring national touring acts. The Farmers Market runs weekends from June through September. Summit County's 50-plus miles of paved rec paths are accessible right from the neighborhood. The free Summit Stage bus stop nearby connects you to Keystone, Breckenridge, and beyond without needing a car. Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain are all within 25 minutes by car for hiking and mountain biking.
PARKING
One free parking space is included on premises. Additional parking is available in nearby Dillon city lots for larger groups.

No pets per HOA policy. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests per Town of Dillon regulations. The guest making the reservation must be 24 or older and staying on premises. Self check-in via keypad.
