We loved our stay in the condo. It was spacious for our family, and the location was great. (Check out Dillon coffee a short distance away.) Beds were comfy, and I think the building was pretty sound proof. Communication with the property Management was prompt and easy. Would definitely stay there again.

A spacious condo walking distance to the ampitheater. Modern up to date furnishings and comfy beds and bed linens. Plush towels! A more than adequate kitchen. Ceiling fans and stand fans for cooling - no issues about heat (we were there in July). Garage parking and a safe storage place for our bikes. We had a fantastic weekend. Go to Vue restaurant for a lovely meal and the amphitheater for a concert. A great biking area. The management company was available if we needed them.

The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable the deck, pool, and patio were a highlight. The kitchen was very well supplied. The boat dock has a lift to help protect your boat from the choppiness of the river. There was enough parking for our six cars plus a boat trailer. Our only complaint was at the air conditioner struggles to keep the temperature cool enough

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the home clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. However, we believe your review may have been intended for a different property, as this home does not have air conditioning, a pool, a boat dock, or parking for six vehicles and a boat trailer. If this review was posted in error, we encourage you to update it so it reflects the correct property. Thank you again, and we wish you all the best.

The condo was very clean and spacious for our girls’ trip. Having three full bathrooms was a plus. The heated tile floors were a welcomed surprise in the lower level bathrooms. The only kitchen appliance we missed was a Keurig coffee maker. The location was perfect for day trips to Georgetown and Breckenridge.

Exceptional Retreat with Endless Mountain and Lake Views

We had the opportunity to stay in this high end, newer property in Dillon and had an amazing time. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 teenagers and even had a spare bed. 5 minute walk to the marina and food and bowling across the street. The views from the 3rd floor unit of the mountains and lake were spectacular. Parking was ample. We’d definitely stay there again.
