Situated between Breckenridge and Copper Mountain in the charming town of Frisco, Royal Rays is a tranquil escape with access to year-round recreation, from world-class skiing to paddleboarding on Frisco Bay.

Set on woodland grounds with close-up mountain views of Mount Royal, this 2-bedroom condo lies a 10-minute walk from restaurants, cafes and shops in the heart of Frisco. Walk to the Frisco Marina, cross-country ski trails and a disc golf course in just over 20 minutes.

After a day of adventure, return to a newly updated condo with stylish decor, hardwood floors and a wood-burning fireplace.

The two-level condo welcomes guests to an open-concept living area with soaring ceilings and skylights for added natural light. Glass doors lead to a private balcony with striking mountain views. In the living area an oversized loveseat, reading chair and two-seat cafe table offer plenty of room for movie nights on the large-screen TV, mounted above the cozy fireplace.

Just off the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Four stools at the breakfast bar allow for sit-down meals.

Ideal for families, Royal Rays has two spacious suites and additional room for kids on the fold-out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has picture windows, hardwood furniture and an en-suite bathroom:

In the winter, you’ll have prime access to local Nordic ski rails and world-class downhill skiing at Breckenridge Ski Resort, a 20-minute drive and Copper Mountain, a 10-minute drive.

Spacious Unit in a Great Location

This is a perfect unit for a family ski trip to either Copper Mtn or Breck. There are bus stops for both ski resorts right next to the complex. Also, within walking distance of Frisco restaurants and bars. Unit is spacious, well stocked with plenty of closet space. Will stay there again. Place is well managed by Natural Retreats, who communicated well with us.

Convenient Condo

Very clean condo. Great access to I-70, Frisco, Silverthorne, and Dillon. Pics of condo are not 100% representative with furniture and decorations, but it did not really impact our stay. We had everything we needed. Thanks.

Very nice condo in the heart of Frisco, CO

Great clean comfortable 2 stories condo will make you feel at home!! Location is perfect! Close to walking and hiking trails, bike pass, restaurants, cafe, grocery stores, shopping. The view from the bacony is gorgeous, kithen is well equipped, beds were super comfy, we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation! The only thing we regreted that we didnt had enough time!!

Title

Great location. More attention needs to be paid to cleaning (children's handprints on windows, etc.) Various small details need to be cleaned up/repaired (toilet paper holder in master, stool lid completely off master bath). But with small nit picks, a good stay and good property.
