Private hot tub right outside the condo. Two bedroom (1king, 1queen), 1 bathroom unit. One minute walk from a secluded pond and access to Blue River Bike Path. There is fishing and swimming in the pond in the summer. The Unit is only a few blocks away from the Silverthorne Recreation Center where there is tennis, volleyball, pool facilities, and basketball courts as well as other gym activities. Copper and Keystone are only 15 minutes away. It’s only 20 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail.

Dog are allowed with a fee. The first dog is $35 a day and the second dog is an additional $15 a day. No exceptions. A portion of the deposit will be kept for scratches on the couch or other damages they may cause. Dogs should not be left unsupervised for extended periods. If they continuously bark and disturb the neighbors while you are out you will be asked to board your dog. All dogs must be fully potty trained.

There is no washer or dryer on the property. A laundromat is located about 5 minutes away right in town. Laundry baskets are provided for ease of transport if needed.

The living room couch is a pull out but is not for general use of the guests. You must ask permission to use before your rental begins.

Rental allows for two parking spaces.
