**October 2025 - Please note, we continue to do updates and we will update photos soon. Of biggest note is that we have removed furniture in main living area to improve flow, declutter, and generally open the space up. We have removed the table near the fireplace and have moved the TV there with a console table. When we put in the new large island, the table was no longer necessary. Please refer to floor plans in Photos for an accurate layout of the condo. It feels so nice and open now. **

Great spot.

The location of the property was close to everything we were looking to do while in Colorado. Easy walk to restaurants, the reservoir and amphitheater. Nick was fantastic to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend this property!

Immaculate and beautiful yet cozy too

Exactly as pictured and as described by so many 5-star reviewers. We felt fortunate to be able to book such a nice home on short notice for a holiday weekend. A luxury price, but deservedly so. We particularly appreciated the spartan and tasteful (truly beautiful!) decoration, the kitchen stocked with cook's tools, and the general impression of generosity and trust toward renter-guests. Amazing condo in a perfect location!

We so enjoyed our trip to Dillon and staying in Nick's condo! Centrally located in the heart of Dillon, the condo was perfect for our needs. Having rented many vacation homes, this one took top place with all of the amenities! Nick has done a tremendous job of making sure you are completely satisfied with your stay. Reunion with College Friends

Myself and one of my dear friends from college stayed here while meeting a larger group in Dillon for the weekend. Perfectly walkable to the lake and some greats food and drink spots! Nice privacy with one bed/bath upstairs and one down. We loved coffee and chatting on the spacious patio. It was very quiet and the neighbors were super friendly. Also loved having the private parking garage on this busy holiday weekend. Check in and out was easy! Thank you so much! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent property

This was a great condo in the heart of Dillon, well-equipped and clean. The check in process was easy and we had no issues whatsoever. The only thing that wasn’t perfect about the stay is that the condo was quite far from the entrance/parking/hot tub. It was a small inconvenience but might be more impactful for someone with mobility issues.

Great condo for skiing!

This is a great place to stay if you want to ski multiple resorts in one trip. We skied at Copper Mountain and A-Basin and both were very easy to access. The condo was clean and spacious for 4 men. The underground parking garage and storage locker made parking and storing our skies a breeze. It was too cold for us to sit on the rooftop patio, but it looked very nice and the views were great. Nick was a good communicator and made our stay very enjoyable. We will consider booking here again in the future!

Trombone Shorty concert

Our son is a big fan of Trombone Shorty and when we saw he was playing at the amphitheater we had to go! The property met all of our needs. Major pluses: you have a garage and parking space, walking distance to the amphitheater, and a couple restaurants. Parking for events or restaurants seems to be hard to come by or impossible at times, as we overheard from others around us, making the garage and parking space a huge commodity. Terrific place!

This is a terrific place all the way around. We have an infant and the elevator from garage to unit level was so nice. The unit was easy to find and the condo was clean and beds comfortable. We loved being able to walk to Arapahoe Cafe for breakfast in the mornings. We would grab a coffee to go and go down to the lake. My husband likes to take pictures and he was in heaven. We just really enjoyed our time there. The garage was also nice when we came back into town after dark and had a nice, heated, well lit area to unload and get to the unit. The views from the patio were great. It was such a refreshing getaway for our family. We hope to return in the fall.

Meticulously maintained, well stocked, and great location.

My husband and I rented this condo when we came to Colorado to visit two of our children. Since we were going to ski at three different local resorts, we decided to stay in Dillon. The condo was right off 70 and was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the Summit bus line. Two parking spaces in a covered, secure garage was welcome when it snowed. Plenty of other free parking available in a lot right next to the building. The condo is bright and airy. Though we did not get to use it, there is a large patio area, with a great view and a grill. It would be a great gathering place, weather permitting. The furniture, including the beds, was all comfortable. We have used VRBO all over the US, and in multiple countries, and this was one of the best we have rented. Nick was great to work with both in booking, and in accommodating our requests. We would definitely rent this place again.

Wonderful condo

The condo is absolutely as pictured and described, and the universally positive reviews are justified. This is the most spotlessly clean condo I have ever rented, and by far the best stocked. My wife loves to cook, so she brought her favorite pans and utensils, but literally anything you could possibly want was already here (usually in duplicate).There is an unbelievably comprehensive selection of dishware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, and glasses (coffee/drinking/wine/champagne) far beyond what could reasonably be expected. The spice and condiment selection was remarkably thorough, and there was plenty of leftover coffee and tea, ziplock bags, laundry and dishwashing detergent, foil, etc. when we arrived (YMMV, obviously). Everything worked as it should. There were humidifiers and plenty of blankets. The bedlinens were comfortable and clean, as were the generous selection of towels. The bathrooms were clean with a nice selection of soaps/lotions.We never took the shuttle, but the drive to Keystone was quick and easy, and the free parking at the River Run lot was not full even on spring break week. I would note that the parking lot and dropoff at the Mountain House lot is much closer to the lift however. The long walk from the gondola back to the River Run lot is a tough end to the day.The only negative at all was the fact the condo elevator was not working, but I can't blame Nick for that. We would love to stay here again.

Just as advertised!

We have been to CO countless times, but this was our first time staying in Dillon. This place was absolutely wonderful! Loved the location...super close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We skied Arapahoe and Loveland and it was about a 15 min drive to each. The heated garage and ski locker made it so convenient to load up quickly in the morning. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Nick was amazing and responded to all of our questions immediately. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome stay! The apartment was clean and well equipped. Everything was labeled and straight forward. Super close to Keystone and not too far from Breck. Nick was very helpful and a good communicator. Two parking spaces available in the garage (there is a support beam in between though). Would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay for a ski trip!

Great place for a long weekend and a concert!

This location was perfect for our mom daughter’s trip to see a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. Easy walking distance to the show made it a dream. There was a great farmers market on Friday right out our door. Owner was proactive and actually called to walk thru the check in before he emailed it. Owner was responsive to the message that I sent during our stay.

We booked this condo for the Dillon Open sailing regatta for a week It was a perfect home away from home. Super comfortable and everything we needed. We moved to Colorado in 2008 and have never looked back. We love the mountains and everything they offer to enjoy nature. We enjoy hiking, skiing, fly fishing, and landscape photography... anything that gets us outside.

Why they chose this property

Dillon is a great mountain town on a large lake surrounded by world class mountains. Locals know Summit County is as fun in the summer as it is in the winter. Lake Dillon provides an array of summer activities that other towns just can't offer such as sailing, boating, kayaking, stand up paddling, fishing and views!

In the winter it is centrally located amongst 5 world class ski resorts and the heated indoor garage make it easy to come and go.

The town of Dillon is a popular retreat with a strong foothold of micro breweries and a focus on family friendly activities. It has everything we are looking for during all four seasons. The downtown is very walkable to the Lake, Parks, Marina, Coffee Shops, FroYo, Brewpubs, and Restaraunts. We live in the suburbs in Denver/Boulder and it's nice to head up to this property and park the car for the weekend.

La Riva Del Lago has far and away the nicest condo units in Dillon. The condo sits on top of 3 stories of commercial space and the construction of the building insulates the condo from any sound in the commercial space. This provides elevated and long ranging views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Dillon. It is just a great getaway in the mountains.
