Parks - The fantastic Town Park is directly across the street and our balcony overlooks this park from 3 stories above ground. Marina Park is blocks away.

Why they chose this property
Dillon is a great mountain town on a large lake surrounded by world class mountains. Locals know Summit County is as fun in the summer as it is in the winter. Lake Dillon provides an array of summer activities that other towns just can't offer such as sailing, boating, kayaking, stand up paddling, fishing and views!
In the winter it is centrally located amongst 5 world class ski resorts and the heated indoor garage make it easy to come and go.
The town of Dillon is a popular retreat with a strong foothold of micro breweries and a focus on family friendly activities. It has everything we are looking for during all four seasons. The downtown is very walkable to the Lake, Parks, Marina, Coffee Shops, FroYo, Brewpubs, and Restaraunts. We live in the suburbs in Denver/Boulder and it's nice to head up to this property and park the car for the weekend.
La Riva Del Lago has far and away the nicest condo units in Dillon. The condo sits on top of 3 stories of commercial space and the construction of the building insulates the condo from any sound in the commercial space. This provides elevated and long ranging views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Dillon. It is just a great getaway in the mountains.
