Location was nice , pictures online make the condo look much larger than it is . We had a maintenance issue that took a day and a half to be resolved plus a small issue of light bulbs that were burned out . No washer and dryer in this unit either . Again , the building is in a great location but I most likely would not stay there again .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a vacation home for the owners and I’ve learned in my travels that those are the best because a personal touch and care is involved. Loved everything about the condo and location!

Mom

We always rent a two bedroom condo in Frisco and this was wonderful! Great views, comfortable accommodations, well equipped kitchen and seating for 6 at a dinning table. We were able to have Thanksgiving dinner. Lots of privacy the way the bedroom and bathrooms are laid out.

A Frisco Hideaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds are very high but comfy. Being tall I'm not used to climbing to get into a bed.The only real downside is poor lighting. Low wattage bulbs create maddening shadows to read by. Bathroom vanity cabinets shroud the lights above making shaving or putting on make-up ponderous. We like the location. Right on the bus line to Copper and back.Frisco (and Copper) both have summer music programs and you can either walk or bus to them.Furnishings are good and comfortable. The net of our stay is that we have already rented it AGAIN for a September stay!

Fun Frisco 4th of July

We love coming out to Colorado in the summer. Frisco is one of our favorite places to visit. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need. We spent most of our time out exploring, hiking and enjoying the 4th of July parade and concert, but in the evenings we enjoyed our time in the condo. Thanks again!

Great Week at a Perfect Location

Five of us stayed the week, and we had a great time! Beds were a little soft for our taste, but the condo was very clean and comfortable for five. The location was fantastic! The recreation path ran right behind the unit, it's right next to the trailhead of North Tenmile Creek trail (which was beautiful), and it's a short easy walk to shops and restaurants on Main St, as well as easy highway access if you're driving somewhere farther to explore. There were a few small issues with the condo that the management team was very quick to respond to. Very happy with our stay!

Condo

Condo was nice. Sheet could be softener. TV in master cops be on shelf so you can watch in bed. It’s too low to see laying down. There was a grill but no propane tank to be able to use it. Host answered all question very quickly. We had a very nice time.

Beautiful location

The location is amazing ! Bed was comfy. The lock broke twice , and never got fixed . But they had a lock box and answered us right away , so all good . The appliances are probably 25 years old and the toaster and pots and pans are so old they were just a pain, so we just ate out . Other than that , we loved the location and had a great time. Note , it’s 3 flights up, and so if anyone in your group as knee issues or something, not easy up . (My sister in law struggles a bit ) but would stay again in a minute ! We had a great time .

Response from VrboOwner on 28 August 2025
As the owner of Woodbridge 207 I wanted to respond and say thank you for bringing several things to our attention. We stay in the property every Aug to do upgrades and any needed replacement of worn items. We also cook often so we replaced the 12" skillet with 2 new ones and a new 4 Quart Dutch oven pot; there are also 2 new larger pots (8Qt plus). We found both toasters to be in working order but went ahead and replaced the main toaster as well. Hopefully you will give our Condo another try in the future.

Frisco Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not really clean. We found hair in the bedrooms floor as well as bathroom. The tub didn’t drain well. Other than that we enjoyed the condo. Probably the biggest issue is the I70 noise level. You can’t sleep at night with the windows open or closed. It is so loud being right by the freeway. Location is great . Thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here. The condo was clean and stocked with things we might need. The view was beautiful and the walk to downtown was perfect. The host was also accommodating in needing a little later checkout due to baseball games. We would definitely stay here again.

Super convenient with beautiful views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect spot for my last trip of the season. Had everything you need. The views are great and convenient access to hiking if that's your thing. You'll need your car for most of Frisco but 70 is your ticket if not Main St. Would rent again in the future.
