Cute Little Gem on Main St

Conveniently located on the west end of Main St, this upstairs condo features lofty, vaulted open beam ceiling with sky lights, a lovely gas fireplace, deck, fully equip kitchen, breakfast bar and full bathroom. The common area features an indoor sauna, laundry facilities and ample parking. We are very close to dining, shopping, skiing, and entertainment.

The Space: Walk right out front of building to catch the free bus that will take you anywhere in town and to multiple ski resorts. Bike path directly out the back of building with the 10 mile creek easily accessible for fly fishing.

****PLEASE NOTE THE CONDO IS ON THE 3rd FLOOR. THERE IS NOT AN ELEVATOR****

Location is perfect, 20 min from breckenbridge 20 min from vail, you can walk the main street and find the most important business of the city, the apartment has all the ameneties and comfort that you can think of. I loved it. Mandy is great she answers back to you quickly at any concerns. Mu husband and I would like to comeback again. Thank you for having us there.

Great Stay

It was perfect for the two of us. Well equipped kitchen, clean, comfortable bed, on the summit stage bus line. We had a great stay and would definitely go back.

Small but suited our needs

Nice cute studio just outside of main shopping/restaurants on Main Street. We just stayed for one night but it suited all of our needs. 4 adults is definitely the max and was a little tight but worked well for our group.

The property is well located if you want to ski several different areas. The cons are: 1. Poor interior lighting (the lights above the bed didn’t work and the lights over the kitchen bar weren’t working either). 2. The gas fireplace wouldn’t start. 3. The interior handle for the front door was loose and kept coming off. The owner was aware of issues 1. and 2. and failed to resolve them.

fine place but stuff not working

The condo is super easy to access off the highway with easy parking. The hot tub is broken indefinitely but the manual doesn't tell you this and when you sort on hot tub for Frisco this listing shows up. The Murphy bed is only good for one person because the mattress and springs underneath are not firm so you can expect to roll towards the middle. The pull out couch is a lot more firm. It would be great to have more blankets for the couch set up. The pendant lights over the peninsula also were not working so the place was much darker and we couldn't see anything in the living room at night. Kitchen was nice. When we contacted the owner to fix things they were very short with us and made us feel like it was our fault the hot tub and lights weren't working. Overall you get what you pay for which is a decent price for Frisco.

Best view in Frisco

You can’t go wrong with staying here. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. Also a great location as it only took 10 minutes to walk from our room to the shops/restaurants. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Frisco.

We enjoyed staying at the condo back balcony has a view of the mountains that was very romantic setting . location was blocks from great coffee and breakfast spots and Breweries Highly Recommend! It Host was great !! We will be back

Great spot in Frisco

Wonderful spot at the quiet end of Main St. Right off the highway, easy access, clean, quiet and just what we needed for a quick stay in the mountains. We were only there for one night, but we had no problems and we slept well!

Great Little Find

This was an awesome quick getaway for my partner and I. We loved how cozy and romantic it was. Being so close to town and the bike path was really amazing! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Enjoyed our time after we finally accessed the property.

Loved the location and view! I was disappointed trying to get a hold of the property manager hours before arrival to make sure we could access it right away because we had plans on meeting people right after arrival. After not hearing from the manager all day we contacted customer service and was put on hold multiple times for almost a whole hour while sitting in our car in front of the property. After an hour I received a text from the property manager with the access code. We missed meeting up with our family Which was a very special event. I am still so angry. All we received was a “sorry”. So disrespectful of other people’s time. No care in the world that it caused us to miss such an event.

Goes head to head with any property.

I have been coming to Frisco since I was little. This property is great! The location is perfect, right on Main Street. Mt. Royal right outside, humming birds flying by out the porch. This is the place you want to stay at! We will be back again!

Convenient and cozy

Great location for access to main street and trails. Easy to get too and very clean. Sleeping 4 adults is very tight, but doable if you dont mind being close.
