About this property
Waterfront Retreat on Lake Dillon. Lake/Mtn Views. Great Access to Skiing.
This is a 2nd floor, 1br, 1ba unit that sleeps four comfortably and is on the banks of Lake Dillon. You will have a fully stocked kitchen that makes dining and entertaining easy. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
You will be ideally situated between some of the best ski resorts in Colorado. You will have easy drives to Keystone (9min, 5.4mi), Arapahoe Basin (15min, 11mi), Breckenridge (26min, 15mi), Copper Mountain (19min, 13.8mi), and Vail (36min, 32mi). And, after a long day outside, you can use our sauna or Jacuzzi to warm up and relax.
It's an easy walk to the Dillon Marina. During the summers, this is a great location to go sailing, kayaking, or standup paddleboarding. You can rent boats or take lessons at the Dillon Marina, and there are kayaking/SUP rentals nearby.
Dillon also offers a summer sunset concert series at the Dillon Amphitheatre. These are a 'must do' when you stay in Dillon. The short walk to the amphitheater will be worth the experience of watching the sun set in the background as you enjoy the live music.
You will also be right on the Frisco - Keystone recreational bike path. Rides on the bike paths to either Frisco or Keystone are scenic. And, if you're adventurous or want a challenge, you can take the trail to Breckenridge or ride Loveland Pass.

About the host
Hosted by Michael Shelton

After ten years living in Asia, we returned to Denver, CO in 2015. Our travels allowed us great experiences, but the lure of the Colorado lifestyle and the outdoors always beckoned us.
Why they chose this property
When we first visited Dillon, we were drawn by the scenery, the easy access to concerts and outdoors, and the proximity to Denver. When we visited our eventual condo, we were immediately struck with the location and the great views of Lake Dillon framed by the mountains.
We love having a quiet cup of coffee on the balcony as we take in the lake and decide what we'll do for the day. And, I love that I can get on my bicycle and have great rides right from my front door.
It's just a great place to be.
