Ski-in, ski-out at Peru Express Lift - Mountain House

Avoid the crowds at River Run!

This is a Ski-In, Ski-Out Studio. We are at the base of Mountain House. The Kids Ski & Ride School is across from our building. For riders, the Peru Express Lift takes you to the top of Area 51.

Our condo sleeps 4. It has a queen size bed and a double size sleeper couch. The balcony over looks the plaza.

Enjoy two hot tubs right outside the door to our building.
and the coin operated laundry is right next to our condo.

You will have access to the free bus service in and around Keystone, and also the free bus service offered by Summit Stage to surrounding cities of Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, and Copper. There is underground parking for 1 vehicle.

Summer and Fall: Golf at 3 championship golf courses.
Bike in the Rocky Mountains, on trails or bike paths.
Hike the many trails, easy to very difficult.

Wonderful short stay

My son and I stayed for three nights and skied two days at Keystone. The condo was perfect for two people and the location couldn’t be any better. Convenient garage parking and ski locker a big plus.

Summit County Summer

What a great find! This place was incredibly clean and perfect for our 2 night stay. It's tucked away from the crowded areas which meant it was perfect for sleeping with the window open and sitting on the deck with a blanket and cup of coffee in the early morning. It's situated centrally to Dillon, Frisco and Silverthorn. The host was very responsive and friendly with the check-in process when my phone decided to not load the full instructions. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Perfect Small Condo

This was a conveniently located condo for the price. It was close enough to the Peru Express lift that I could drop by for lunch and get back to skiing easily and quickly. The place was clean, fresh with a comfortable bed.

Cozy condo

This cozy condo was well stocked and had a guest basket with coffee pods, popcorn and water. But, while it was listed as ski in/ski out there was more walking involved than I was ready for. But a great trip overall.

We just wanted a spur-of-the-moment getaway and Susan was quick to respond and accept our request. It was a bit further away from the stuff we wanted to do but that's our fault.

Perfect host and location

The condo is small and works great for 2 people or a family with small kids. Susan was great to work with and provided detailed instructions on parking and getting access to the condo. The Puru lift is less than a 3 minute walk. Overall a great experience. I plan on staying there again in the future.

Great spot for a solo skier

I enjoyed six nights in this property--I have stayed here at least three times over the past 15 years or so. There is no better value at Keystone. I store my skis and boots securely in my car in the heated garage. I walk less than 100 yards to the lift each morning. I can easily go back to the condo for a break or for lunch. This is not a luxury experience--the condo is fine, but nothing spectacular--but it will always be my go-to because of the convenience and the excellent communication with the homeowner.

November Ski Trip

First off the location at Mountain House is just a short walk to the Peru lift. Although the learning area was not open at this time, it is a short walk as well. The shuttle pick up is not far either (green route) goes to River Run Village. The condo size is the same as many hotel rooms, but gets crowded with all the luggage and ski equipment, which is normal. Good size for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children. The hot tubs were working well along with the gas grills for cooking. The deck is a good place to relax next to the firepit after skiing. The condo is very clean. Excellent ownership shows. The only update needed that could be noticed was the shower head or the tub faucet. As much water ran out of the tub faucet as the shower head loosing some water pressure at the shower head. Just causing a little longer shower, but didn't take away from the experience. Over all an excellent place to stay especially, if skiing. Already have plans to go back and can't wait to stay here again.

Quick Stay near lift at Keystone

We just had two nights here. The room is fairly comfortable, although is a bit crowded when the sofa bed is open. We had three adults one nite, but feel a fourth adult would have been too much. Would recommend for a family with one or two kids. It is not ski in/out, but the lift is maybe 200 yards. It was nice having covered parking and a ski locker in the basement, with a convenient door to head to the slopes so you don't have to carry your skiis in the building. Not much restaurants right there but maybe 1/2 mile. Kitchen well stocked. There is both a Keurig and regular coffee maker.

Great location. Loved the lockers,garage, and especially the proximity to the slopes. Shorter walk to the Peru lift than any parking I've ever had at Keystone. Condo was clean and cozy. It is a small place but it was great for me, my wife and teenage son. Would love to stay here again!
