The bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom. The bunk room alcove is off the main hallway and convenient to the large second bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living area bring the total capacity up to six guests. Your condo is located on the 3rd floor of LTW and is located in the middle of the building.

Spring Break

The unit was nice, clean and just the way it was listed. Everyone thought the unit was great. It was very spacious. We visited a few if the pools and they were nice, too. We enjoyed our stay in the unit—we did not enjoy being in the center of all the madness (location of the hotel). We had problems with the actual hotel complex not the room rented. Check in line was 2 hours long. We came back next day. Thankfully we had been given access codes to get into our room prior to arrival. The hotel check in was for car pass and armbands. We did not know that the hotel and surrounding area was the hub for spring breakers. It was insane crazy. Lines of cops in street for crowd control. There were hundreds of unsupervised teenagers roaming everywhere. Thursday and Friday of our visit our hotel beach access was blocked by police. We had rented chairs on the beach and getting to them was a pain. We had to walk down passed the Sunbird to a public beach access to get to beach, then walk back down close to Pineapple Willy’s where our chairs were. Both days we had left beach (for bathroom and for drinks at Pineapple Willy’s) and the police on the beach wouldn’t let us back onto beach to get to our chairs and stuff. We had to walk down passed where cops were then go to the water and pretend we were just walking on the beach just to get back to our chairs. The hotel complex needs more elevators for such a big place with so many ppl.

Laketown wharf

First of all the place is not friendly at all the customer service sucks big time. Everyone was so rude as soon as we arrived. The pools were nothing special at all and the freaking lay out of the building whomever designed that building is very stupid it was so frustrating with elevators and not being able to get to our car unless we went to floor 4 then walk to floor 3 then to car. It sucked so badly we came home a day early. It was like pure hell as hot as it was trying to carry shit and just get to our room. Then they do not clean if you ask for cleaning and rude if you ask. The lady at the front desk rude and the lady in parking lot was rude. I will not stay here again or recommend it and I'm a realtor so I will never tell people to stay here. Rude

Wonderful weekend getaway!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this location! The mattress cover was stained but when we contacted the property owner, a new and clean cover was sent over immediately! It had a great view of the strip and was located on the perfect level to be able to take the stairs if need be! Overall we would stay here again!

Celebrating our grandson's 21st birthday!

The property was very nice. Jason with property management gave us excellent service. Answered all my questions very fast, even went out of his way to help us get the TV working. The only downside was the elevators were slow due to so many people, which is to be expected this time of year.

Family Vacay 2022

We had a great time and experience staying at this place! Just as it was described, and the few things we needed, the staff responded very quickly. We definitely enjoyed our view while getting ready for the beach :-) and at night we got to see the water show (I didn't ask if there are specific times, but glad we got to see them on). My children and us truly loved our stay. We did have to walk around from where we parked, but I'm glad we did, otherwise I would be facing the parking garage 😅 Thank you and keep up the great job!

My Fiancé and I own a vacation rental cleaning and maintenance company and service 1600+ vacation rental units on the beach in Panama City Beach, Fl and have been for the last 20 years. Over the years many of the owners we worked with asked us if we would ever consider managing their units as Property Managers and so in the summer of 2021 we bought 2 beach units, gutted them, completely remodeled them and put them up for vacation rental in December of 2021. We also took some advice of some of our owners and we are now managing their properties as of January 2022. While we are new to the rental sites, we have over 20 years of experience managing vacation rentals, guests and owners.
