Laketown Wharf 1817 is a lovely Gulf-front condo with one bedroom, a bunk room, and two baths accommodating up to six. Enter into the open-concept living/dining space with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Floor-to-ceiling windows lead to a private balcony just outside, the perfect place for morning coffee. A large sectional sofa offers a cozy spot for your whole family to stretch out in the living room. Gather together with some popcorn and watch your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV, gather around for family fun, or stroll out to the balcony and take in the sea breeze and gorgeous views,. The kitchen features modern appliances, plenty of counter and cabinet space, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Whip up delightful breakfasts each morning, enjoy them at the dining table, or head to the balcony to enjoy your coffee and breakfast while watching the sun glisten off of the gulf water. The master suite welcomes you in come nightfall with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, plenty of storage space, and an en suite bath. Twin bunk beds nestled in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room provide additional sleeping arrangements, while a stackable washer and dryer make cleanups a breeze.



If you’re feeling motivated, hit the gym in the morning and go for a jog on the beach while the kids collect seashells. Of course, you might just want to relax at the swimming pool with a margarita in one hand and a great book in the other; it’s totally your call, but be sure to get out and explore. Grab lunch at Pineapple Willy’s or Schooners, both beachfront restaurants serving fresh seafood all day. The kids will love seeing all the animals at Gulf World Marine Park and Zoo World, exploring Wonderworks or Ripley's Believe it or Not close by, or make your way to Pier Park for shopping, great food, and take a ride on the SkyWheel for incredible views day or night, and that is something the whole family will enjoy!

Amazing Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was fantastic looking over the ocean and the rooms were very well decorated and clean. We had a great time as a family playing games on the balcony during sunset. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The 18th floor was amazing as to how far you could see out in the ocean. As far as walking be prepared the resort is HUGE and does require a lot of walking.

Very nice stay

We had a pleasurable stay. The room was very nice and located right near everything you need. Walmart is right across the street. You could walk to Walmart, restaurants, and beach stores.

Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The view was breathtaking and very relaxing. The condo was nicely furnished and clean upon arrival. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I loved the small detail touch in the bathrooms with the bow on the toilet paper and towels. I appreciate the box with detergent and shampoo that the company provides, it sure comes handy. We will definitely be back, thanks for everything.

Nice week.

Had a great week on Panama City Beach. Our condo was nice had a great view however I was under the impression that this place was on the beach after talking to a representative. It is across the street. We were on the 18th floor and probably would recommend staying on a lower level as you don’t waste time waiting on elevators, especially on move in day. Will definitely go back to PCB but probably go to different condo.

Spring break week was definitely crazy, but the condo was really nice and the view was beautiful the only complaint is the elevators were super slow and filled up quickly. Also the private beach access is technically not for Laketown but for Pineapple Willy’s so when it got crazy and the locked it my husband and son were stuck on the beach and had to walk down to the public access area in order to get back to the condo.

A rug in the bathrooms to help prevent falls after showers would be nice. The hood fan over the stove did not work. Toilet tissue holders were either missing the rod to hold the tissue or part of the holder itself. Toilet tissue had to be placed on counter. Very clean. Beautiful scenery. Friendly staff.

There is no communication between all parties and no one wants to be accountable. Our code was not ready (again). We received six wristbands that gave us access the pools but they did not work. The hotel would not do anything but to say to contact your host. We did and got no help there. Then security tried to remove us when we were at the pools without our bands because we told them they don’t work. I get that I didn’t have my wristband on, but to be escorted out? That’s a bit much. Nobody wanted to take responsibility to fix this so we definitely won’t be back. I just hope someone will take charge and fix this issue. It appeared that half of the guests had bands that didn’t work either.
