About this property
Vacation home for 5 people with a pool and tennis court
Just outside the Île-de-France region, close to all amenities by car and set on a beautiful 1.2-hectare property, I am offering a small detached house featuring a bedroom that sleeps 3 and a large living area with a sofa bed (for 2 people), a sitting area, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen.
A variety of on-site activities are available: swimming pool, tennis court....
Ideally located 10 minutes from Dreux, a quarter-hour from Anet, Saint-Rémy-sur-Avre, and Cherisy... This accommodation is perfect for travellers on a holiday, as the region offers a wealth of cultural outings and sports activities.
During the week, reservations require a minimum stay of 3 nights (excluding July and August).
Regarding the pool:
- The property’s private pool is available free of charge for stays of at least one week and on weekends. A flat fee of €35 applies on weekdays per reservation.
- Opening hours are from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM from May through September for our guests.
- Depending on the rental, we will schedule a 1-hour-and-30-minute time slot per day during opening hours exclusively for each cottage; the rest of the time will be shared.
Regarding the tennis court:
- Open year-round,
- It is shared with the property’s other two cottages; a schedule is available for reserving time slots.
In addition to the pool and tennis court, there are many on-site recreational activities available: table tennis, bicycles (5 available), badminton… as well as nearby options: a 27-km greenway for walking or cycling, the Dreux National Forest (with hiking and biking trails), a botanical trail, canoeing, an equestrian centre, the Ecluzelles water sports centre, golf, go-karting, and the Ouest Parisien racetrack…

problèmes constatés
les toilettes se sont bouchées obligés d'aller dans un autre gite le mobilier est inconfortable . vous ne pouvez pas vous installer sur les fauteuils et le canapé trop longtemps le chauffage s'est arrêté dans le salon et la chambre

Je ne relèverai pas ce commentaire navrant. Je vais donc m'adresser aux voyageurs qui seraient intéressés par mon gîte en les encourageant à vérifier mes nombreux commentaires sur une autre plateforme de réservation, ils prouveront aisément le plaisir de venir y séjourner !

Propriétaire agréable. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Rien à redire sauf peut-être l'absence de micro-ondes.
