Flexible space for short or long term in a safe residential neighborhood. Return from a day of work or fun to a quiet suite with free on site parking for 1 car. High ceilings, Original large fireplace (not functional), private bedroom with french doors, bright open space, front bay window is perfect for reading or lounging. Enjoy the tranquil sounds of rainfall on a tin roof on rainy days. Stroll to the scenic bridge overlooking the city skyline. We have recently completed a second renovation in 2019 and display some of the home's original finds.

AIRFLOW IS SEPARATE FROM REST OF THE HOUSE (has separate AC/Furnace). This location is easy for ride share and food delivery. Free on-site parking for 1 guest car. Updated, Bright new windows, high ceilings, tin roof (perfect for rainy days), Trails walking distance, Scenic city skyline view within walking distance. Restaurants and grocery (1.8 miles- it's a nice walk). The Chattahoochee river is about a 10 minute drive. Downtown Atlanta is a 3.5 mile drive.
