Enjoy this sunny, summer rental only 1.2 miles from South Shore Beach. This home features a new kitchen and bathroom. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen size bed while the upstairs bedroom features two twin beds. Both bedrooms have portable air conditioners. The sunroom features a large tv and comfortable seating. A large deck and yard provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals and family time.
Suitable for 1-4 people.
This house does not have central air conditioning.
A note for out returning guests: There is no longer a sleeper sofa in the sunroom. There is, however, a brand new more comfortable sofa.

Great place in Little Compton.

This is a very nice place to stay, close to the beaches and very quiet. Might add a few board games or something like that to do with the kids when hanging around. Otherwise the house is comfortable and fit out nicely to meet your needs.

Even better the 2nd time around 💕

Our 2nd annual vacation in this lovely home. Super clean and well-appointed. Little Compton is not a “culinary destination” so wonderful to have a perfect kitchen from which to prepare great meals from nearby farm stands. Best feature—2 separate living areas to stretch out in so you’re not on top of each other. Backyard is always shady and breezy. An easy walk to South Shore Beach and Shaw Ave. Farmers market.
