The perfect holiday

Gorgeous little apartment in a perfect location for the Harbour and beaches. The owner was extremely helpful, kind and friendly and we would love to return again.

Bonjour,ImpossibilitĂ© de pouvoir chauffer ce logement correctement, lors de tempĂ©ratures ext. Ă  10 , notre cas, subit jusqu’à -1 , et rechutĂ©s de nos gastro entĂ©rites, et obligĂ©s d’écourter nos vacances.Cuisine indĂ©pendante sans mode de chauffage, seules, la piĂšce de jour, et la chambre en sont munies, chauffage d’appoint dans la salle d’eau (accĂšs des commandes trĂšs difficilement accessible 2 m de hauteur), petit lavabo aucun coin pour poser les accessoires de toilette, pas de patĂšres pour vĂȘtements, flexible de douche HS, avons dĂ» le changer.Gros trou prĂ©sent dans le placard Ă  compteur et balais de la piĂšce de jour, ce qui gĂ©nĂšre un flux d’air froid autour de sa porte et nuit au bon fonctionnement du chauffage.Mini-TĂ©lĂ©viseur, pas de WIFI, assise canapĂ© inconfortable, avons utilisĂ© les fauteuils de salon de jardin.Petit meuble colonne de four pour armoire de chambre et pas de penderie dans cette piĂšce, mais literie confortable.Le vent nous a contraints Ă  dĂ©gripper un verrou du volet porte logement pour son blocage.CĂŽtĂ© esthĂ©tique le carrelage est fortement impactĂ© dans toutes les piĂšces.Conclusion logement Ă  ne pas louer l’hiver.Montant location trop Ă©levĂ© pour sa surface, ses prestations, et la qualitĂ© de sa prĂ©sentation.La propriĂ©taire a consenti Ă  nous rembourser 600 des 5 nuitĂ©es non effectuĂ©es, mais la fourniture du flexible de douche est restĂ©e Ă  notre charge.Cordialement.

Localisation top

Petite maison idéalement située proche mer et port tout à pied. Le plus le parking dans l impasse. Pour nous de vraies vacances sans obligation de prendre la voiture si on ne le veut pas.

A proximité de tout, au calme.

La plage, les commerces, les restaurants, les marchés sont accessibles à pied. Maisonnette agréable, avec une trÚs belle terrasse, 1 barbecue bien appréciable l'été, 1 literie parfaite...La propriétaire est trÚs sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Location à recommander sans hésiter.

TrĂšs bien. Proche de tout et en plus une place de parking super! dans ces villes de bord de mer oĂč l'on ne trouve jamais de place. Manque la climatisation mais doit ĂȘtre installĂ©e d’aprĂšs la nouvelle propriĂ©taire qui en plus est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Jean Pierre et Marie Paule
