SPACIOUS. QUIET ROOM W PRIVATE BATHROOM IN GREAT HOUSE

Private room with a full private bathroom in a private house. There is queen bed, dinning table, computer desk, fridge, microwave, kettle and ext.. in the room. We provide towels and basic toiletries.
Our house has good location. There is shopping plaza down the street about a minute walking distance from our place, with about a dozen of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery/supermarket, a gym and other services.
There is a bus stop in front of our house. You can get to Richmond Center in less than 10 minutes from our house by bus.
It take about 30 minutes to get to the airport by public transportation or approximately 10 -15 minutes by car..
The lot in front of the house is small, parking just in the street. It is free.

Driving from YVR Airport took less than 15 minutes. There are several strip malls within walking distance. The house owners were friendly and helpful.

First time VRBO users. We didn’t realize the h/o would stay in the house. I’m guessing there may be different levels of stays. Parking was little to none. We had to park on the street or around the corner from the home. When lugging your luggage in, this isn’t ideal. We did back in the morning we were leaving to load luggage back into the truck. We met both host, Tatiana & Michael. The morning of check out, we talked with Michael for a bit. He was very helpful on transportation & ferry suggestions.
